John recently gave his neighbor Jane a ride to San Jose International Airport; and on the way to the airport the subject of harassment and stalking and/or night time disturbances came up. Jane apparently has a lady friend who used to live somewhere in San Jose; and this particular lady friend was being continually bothered by a neighbor who not only parked their truck in front of her house on a regular basis; but among many other things also ran power equipment right outside her bedroom window in the middle of the night (@ 2-3 am!?!).
John commented about the San Jose Police Department (S.J.P.D.); suggesting the S.J.P.D. seems like a more aggressive police department than Sunnyvale D.P.S; a police department that would have stopped this egregious abuse of Jane's friend.
But Jane said that her neighbor eventually was forced to move out of her house due to the continual disturbances and/or lack of S.J.P.D. action.
