At about 7:56:58 PM on 3 August 2015 John heard a disturbance outside and saw one of his safety cones was knocked over. Then a few minutes later John heard yet another disturbance and the safety cone was gone. John then checked his surveillance and came up with the following video and photos (seen above and below). The video evidence above clearly shows that while it is a relatively unimportant incident not worthy of bringing to the attention of Sunnyvale D.P.S. (an incident which is clearly not the fault of Sunnyvale D.P.S.); the number of vehicles involved (2) and the number of people involved (3-4) and not to mention the seemingly premeditated nature and/or planning involved in such a minor act; is a 'good' example of the kind of targeted conspiratorial; malicious and downright childish behavior John has been experiencing on and off for a number of years unabated. Behavior that could have been easily stopped with correct law enforcement action. Other than that; John was actually considering not filing an amended complaint regarding claim number 14-15-071; as 4 August 2015 was the last date this claim was legally actionable. Therefore John wants to thank the idiots involved in this incident for reminding John to file an amended complaint on 4 August 2015.
