While this Addendum Blog post does not necessarily involve Johns' case; a recently surfaced document seems to suggest that the development of the A.I.D.S. virus was funded through funds obtained by the United States Department of Defense (DoD), which requested and received $10 million via House bill HB 15090 - reviewed in hearings before the subcommittee of the Committee on Appropriations at the House of Representatives' first session of the ninety-first Congress in 1970, part five of HB 15090 was entitled research, development, test and evaluation, and was apparently sponsored by the Department of the Army, the advanced research project agency (now D.A.R.P.A.) and defense research and engineering.
The feasibility program and laboratories were to have been completed by 1974-1975 and the virus between 1974-1979. The World Health Organization (who) started to inject A.I.D.S.-laced smallpox vaccine into over 100 million Africans in 1977, and over 2000 young white male homosexuals (Operation Trojan Horse) were allegedly injected with laced hepatitus vaccine in 1978 through the Centers for Disease Control and the New York Blood Center.
The development of the virus apparently had a dual purpose: (1) as a political/ethnic weapon to be used against black individuals and (2) one of the programmed efforts at de-population. Some feel HB15090 was the U.S. government's reaction to the civil rights movement, the sexual revolution and/or the 1960's baby boom. NOTE: In light of this leaked government document (received from a retired nurse with terminal cancer who worked on A.I.D.S. patients; a document that is clearly in the public interest if valid); planned mass-vaccinations of healthy children and/or potentially adults as well in the future should perhaps be reconsidered until it can be done safely and optionally once again. For the record; if mass vaccinations are later mandated for adults as well; John will not be participating. A government who does this kind of thing once; will likely do it again if given the chance; and once trust is lost in any relationship -- it is often lost for good. And government cannot force its' citizens to trust them. Trust must be earned; the old fashioned way.
RELATED STORIES: Federal courts and the Geneva Convention still acknowledge protection provisions for military personnel, including journalists, however, this “Law of War Manual” details that cutting, stabbing, bombing, exploding and shooting are tolerable means of killing the enemy. However, there is also a clause which states that the use of suffocating gases are prohibited. Outrageously, the manual also contains a section on “unprivileged belligerents,” a new term that replaces “enemy combatant”; journalists based within a designated war zone are encompassed within this term. “In general, journalists are civilians. However, journalists may be members of the armed forces, persons authorized to accompany the armed forces, or unprivileged belligerents,” the “Law of War Manual” declares. Ambiguous terms such as these are meant to provide legal cover; allowing the U.S. military to essentially kill innocent people without facing any legal repercussions.
