FEDERAL X-13 OFFICER GABRIELLE SEAGRAVE
After conspiring with Officer Pablo Lopez to coverup a vicious attack of John by Mister Olenak (including Mister Olenak admitting to the attack in front of Judge Louis Amadeo, Junior in front of these two officers); Officers Lopez and Seagrave instead chose to focus on Johns' duck feeding that ex-Mayor Judy Nadler had approved at a Santa Clara City Council meeting. Gabrielle Seagrave was later appointed to the Santa Clara Police Departments' Internal Affairs department.
But! Internal Affairs is nothing more than a closed loop where officers are often investigated by people they probably do lunch with as well; therefore the only way to get a truly unbiased investigation is through an unconnected third or fourth party source.

NOTE: John heard 'through the grapevine' that Gabrielle Seagrave has been allowed to move into a deceased ex-Santa Clara residents' house; because this particular resident had no family to leave her house to. Is this legal? Also; on an equally sensitive subject; John heard another unsubstantiated rumor that Gabrielle Seagrave changed her sex from a woman to a man. Is this true?
If so; could this perhaps explain Officer Seagraves' open discrimination (envy etc?) and unrestrained anger towards John; who is a male. Similarly; could Pablo Lopezs' actions have been racially motivated due to the fact that literally hundreds of thousands of Mexican immigrants were being deported at the time of Johns' false arrest/kidnapping incident? Were Gabrielle and/or Pablo reacting to their individual unconscious and/or conscious bias?
Adding to this; Officer Seagrave admitted to John at the September 6th, 2007 administrative hearing being bullied as a child; saying something like "What's the matter?! Haven't you been beaten up before?!" (!?!). And John later found out that many cops were in fact bullied as children; and that is at least part of the reason why they end up bullying people as Police Officers. But the main bully in our society is and always has been the government -- and the federal government in particular -- therefore bullying in America and abroad will not stop until bullying stops at the government level.
The civil rights movement of the 1960s was supposed to officially bring an end to violent government bullying; but these civil rights have been heavily eroded over the years since then in favor of government coercion and intimidation; actions which are in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Also; the possibility of Officer Seagrave being a 'secret' federal agent adds negligent liability on the part of the federal government; as well as the City of Santa Clara and/or the S.C.P.D.
