NEIGHBORHOOD COPWATCH
IN A NUTSHELL: The NEIGHBORHOOD COPWATCH blog is from the height of Johns'
government-sanctioned destabilization; leaving him broke and in debt due

followed by a Sunnyvale police officer into a public meeting John arranged to get local people
into the cafeteria of his old high school (now Peterson Middle School) because let's face it; NO ONE wants to go all
the way downtown to speak.
Taking government out of their element
gave the local constituents an edge...and someone clearly DID NOT like

anything about Civil Rights violations and abuse John was suffering; but
there were also other things going on in Johns' neighborhood that no one else would do
anything about.
The real trouble began shortly after John attended a Sunnyvale City Council meeting regarding the fate of the Peterson Middle School field. Santa Clara police officer Pablo Lopez appeared out of nowhere as John fed the ducks across the street (which John clearly has permission to do) and said to John: "You want
your daddy?!" throwing John down on the ground and essentially
"disappeared" him with an extraordinary rendition (with no Miranda rights read until just before release from the holding cell); threatening to bring
John down to the county jail etc etc etc...FOR FEEDING DUCKS!? (ex-mayor judy nadler gave
me permission to feed at a city council meeting).
This was CLEARLY a wrongful
arrest; and when John later called the City of Santa Clara on it with a claim file; the local police (Santa Clara and Sunnyvale) allowed Jake Paolinetti and friends to put Johns' house under siege for a number of
years to destabilize Johns' valiant actions (RELATED STORY: THE CIA AND THE DEATH OF BOB MARLEY @ http://www.secretsofthefed.com/the-cia-the-death-of-bob-marley-2/). And the NSA knew about EVERY ABUSE;
but instead of doing something about it they stood there watching; keeping track of it as if John
was some kind of criminal for being a vocal dissident undergoing a series of violent COINTELPRO-like attacks in his own

REVEALED: HOW THE FBI COORDINATED THE CRACKDOWN ON OCCUPY

It was more sophisticated than we had imagined: new documents
show that the violent crackdown on Occupy last fall – so mystifying at
the time – was not just coordinated at the level of the FBI,
the Department of Homeland Security, and local police. The crackdown,
which involved, as you may recall, violent arrests, group disruption,
canister missiles to the skulls of protesters, people held in handcuffs
so tight they were injured, people held in bondage till they were forced
to wet or soil themselves – was coordinated with the big banks
themselves.
The Partnership for Civil Justice Fund, in a
groundbreaking scoop that should once more shame major US media outlets
(why are nonprofits now some of the only entities in America left
breaking major civil liberties news?), filed this request. The document –
reproduced here in an easily searchable format
– shows a terrifying network of coordinated DHS, FBI, police, regional
fusion center, and private-sector activity so completely merged into one
another that the monstrous whole is, in fact, one entity: in some
cases, bearing a single name, the Domestic Security Alliance Council.
And it reveals this merged entity to have one centrally planned, locally
executed mission. The documents, in short, show the cops and DHS
working for and with banks to target, arrest, and politically disable
peaceful American citizens.
The documents, released after long
delay in the week between Christmas and New Year, show a nationwide
meta-plot unfolding in city after city in an Orwellian world: six
American universities are sites where campus police funneled information
about students involved with OWS to the FBI, with the administrations'
knowledge; banks sat down with FBI officials to pool information
about OWS protesters harvested by private security; plans to crush
Occupy events, planned for a month down the road, were made by the FBI –
and offered to the representatives of the same organizations that the
protests would target; and even threats of the assassination of OWS
leaders by sniper fire – by whom? Where? – now remain redacted and
undisclosed to those American citizens in danger, contrary to standard
FBI practice to inform the person concerned when there is a threat
against a political leader.

INCIDENT ON 15 JUNE 2013 / EV13-166-206
On June 15th, 2013 at 1:45 pm; the vehicle seen in the photo slowly drove by Johns' residence honking the horn as the occupants of the vehicle yelled obscenities out the window as they have done numerous times before over the last 8 years since about the year 2007 (go to: http://neighborhood-copwatch.blogspot.com/2007/08/faggots-around-1130-pm.html).
John called the police and they responded promptly. John then gave the officers a piece of paper with the photo seen below; which they took with them in order to find the suspects in question. (although they did not give John an event number for this particular incident; causing John to call the next morning and retrieve an event number from a desk officer -- a desk officer who was a bit surprised John did not receive an event number -- the event number of this particular incident is: EV13-166-206).
Note: The responding officer also did not want to take surveillance evidence that John offered to them; and this is the same officer who helped Johns' neighbor Jane by getting surveillance evidence from John. > go to: http://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2013/05/johns-neighbor-jane.html -- QUESTION: why did the officer fail to gather surveillance footage from John for this incident; while gathering footage from John for Jane?).

One of the officers said they were going to search around the neighborhood looking for the vehicle; but John told them he had already done that and could not find the vehicle in question (notice the large dent in the left rear side panel). Johns' neighbor Jane opted to provide extra witness testimony; but the officers declined to do get that witness report from Jane. John then took it upon himself to get that testimony from Jane.

JOHN'S NEIGHBOR JANE / CASE #13-3093
John's neighbor Jane recently had her home burglarized. Jane was hesitant to call the police, but John insisted that she do so. Jane then called the Sunnyvale police on Johns' cell phone and they quickly responded. To make a long story short; one of the officers came to Johns' house to discuss what had happened to Jane, asking about any surveillance footage that may be available from the incident so they could place the criminals at the scene of the crime.
QUESTION: Why did officers Smith and Ochoa fail to gather surveillance footage showing the attack on John that night at the Oasis Nightclub? Why did they tell John he would be trespassing if he returned to the club; when John had recently/allegedly been attacked by karaoke host Doug? Can anyone say "ignoring exculpatory evidence?" I didn't think so...
