Tuesday 28 April 2015: Johns' sister Kris went on a rampage. Kris had sprayed Raid pesticide all over the front porch where Johns' cats sit; so trying to maintain an organic household; John got the hose and washed down the pesticides. Kris apparently did not like; this and walked straight towards John and/or into the water being sprayed; wetting her feet in the process. This so angered Kris that she then went on yet another angry rampage; disconnecting Johns' surveillance system; vandalizing one of the cameras; and redirecting another camera (see photos A, B and C above and below) and breaking the surveillance system. Kris then fled the scene to her friend Sandys' house in Los Gatos.

Johns'  sister Kris has been stealing Johns' property for a few years now. Among many other items lost; the first thing John noticed being gone was his Lava Lamp used at Christmas time. (see photo X below) Kris also stole and apparently disposed of a bucket of assorted extra parts (bolts and screws etc) that John had saved for 30 years. Whenever John needed a part to fix his drum set; he had it. Now that priceless bucket of extra parts is gone.

Kris has recently shown aggression towards Johns' cats; spraying Missy with Raid pesticide yesterday; ramming the vacuum cleaner towards Missy; and recently talking about killing cats (John overheard a conversation between Kris and Johns' father where Johns' father was questioning Kris about comments she allegedly recently made about killing Johns' cats).

Kris also takes pride in harassing the neighborhood ducks during mating season; stressing them out and placing them in danger in the process by causing them to flee out into the street; and/or causing them to fly off into the night and putting them at risk.

Kris has also shown violent tendencies towards humans as well; once backing up John down the hallway and shoving him into his room -- re-injuring Johns' right knee in the process; and tearing down and desecrating an American flag that hangs in front of Johns' bedroom door. During this incident; Kris initially made suspicious movements towards John Roland VS-1680 digital recording machine; causing John to lead her elsewhere; away from the expensive recording unit and down the hallway. Kris also despises Johns' recycling efforts; disposing of plastic John saves for recycling. Kris used to live in Seattle, Washington where recycling law is different and perhaps more strict than California law; causing her to dislike recycling. 

VANDALISM -- CA PENAL CODE / SECTION 594-625c 594.  (a) Every person who maliciously commits any of the following acts with respect to any real or personal property not his or her own, in cases other than those specified by state law, is guilty of vandalism: (1) Defaces with graffiti or other inscribed material. NOTE: Since the beginning of time -- and in many areas of the the world -- men and women both have abused their powers and they have for a long time. But since men tend to get the most attention for this abuse; this has led to a greater protection of women here in the west and abroad. Johns' sister Kris not only hates and holds a grudge against John due to her admitted envy and/or jealousy of him; but she also exercises that hatred with fowl play towards John by harassing Johns' beloved neighborhood ducks. Note: Attached video shows Kris chasing ducks into the street and being nearly run over. 

Kris is also adamant about locking one of Johns' cats in the garage during the day when it gets hot. Note: In 2004 and 2005; John distributed roughly 10,000 flyers around his neighborhood; successfully stopping a planned development in the Peterson Middle School field.

1A) April 2006: The Sunnyvale Police Department had numerous chances to apprehend Johns' various stalkers and attackers; but every time Sunnyvale D.P.S. failed to take the suspects into custody even though this kind of conspiratorial stalking is clearly a felony in the State of California (see also: civil harassment). 2) May 2007: An incident occurred where John (and his elderly father) were woken up at around 1:56 A.M. in the morning by the individuals seen is this link. > Go to: http://likroper.com/IMG_0528.gif 

The individuals in question rang Johns' doorbell; then verbally harassed John and his elderly Father before attacking John outside Johns' house right before Sunnyvale D.P.S. Officers arrived. The suspects in question attempted to flee the scene; but were stopped at the intersection of Dunford Way and Teal Drive by Sunnyvale D.P.S. 

One of the Officers was a 'Minority'; while the other was Caucasian (while Caucasians are now a Minority in California). The 'Minority" Officer had obvious malicious intent; as the 'Minority' Officer not only displayed obvious angry facial micro-expressions towards John; but the Caucasian Officer also gave John a scared look like he had no idea why the 'Minority' Officer was acting the way he was. Both suspects were then let go; free to continue harassing John for many months afterwards.

3A) August 2007 to April 2011: The stalking; harassment and menacing of John continued unabated; and John had given up asking Sunnyvale D.P.S. for help. John ended up losing two teeth from an infection exacerbated by many nights of sleep deprivation; and John found out later that he could have died from the infection if it had burst into his cranium and/or brain. Also; Johns' stress-related eczema became very severe; costing John thousands of dollars of his own money for medical products to deal with the constant outbreaks. Note: Since John filed complaint files in January of 2015; Johns' eczema has gone into an almost complete remission.

4) April 2011: Jake Paolinetti first drove by Johns' house during the day to harass; stalk and menace John while riding by in a large truck owned by one of Jakes' friend. (see: Conspiracy). Jake returned later that night and started banging on the side of Johns' house. 

For some odd reason; John then called Sunnyvale D.P.S. thinking they might actually help him out this time; and an Officer responded. The Officer then confronted Jake and his brother about his actions (Jake and his brother were hiding across the street at the Hensons' house). Jake then made several excuses, and was for some reason let go (Note: the Officer was evasive when being asked to review video from Johns' camera). 

The Officer in question then had to leave for another call; and John promised to send this video evidence to another Sunnyvale Officer (Officer Jim Carrell) who had been willing to help out in Johns' situation; but since the file was too big to email; John put it on you tube and sent Officer Carrel the link instead.John asked the responding Officer to go to Officer Paolinetti's house to tell him of the incident (to document the event) but he failed to do so.

MALICIOUS PROSECUTION – Lieutenant Simpson suggesting John is mentally unstable is an abuse of power; and has clearly caused harm to John’s reputation -- And even if John was mentally unstable [which John clearly is not] as Lieutenant Simpson suggested; discriminating against those with disabilities -- even if those disabilities are clearly imagined -- is against the law. 

5) June 2011:  After many years of trying to get Sunnyvale D.P.S. to do their jobs; John tried again in June of 2011. After seeing friends of the Rebholtz brothers suspiciously hanging around outside Johns' window; John did what he had planned to do for many months. John went outside with a video camera to record and witness the situation so if anything happened later that night (as it had many times in the past; originating from the Rebholtz residence); John would present the evidence to Sunnyvale D.P.S. 

John ended up being backed up about 30 feet by Jake Paolinetti (intimidation and/or coercion = civil rights violation); then surrounded by a group of Jakes' friends. John then pushed back Jake Paolinetti with his right elbow; fell to the ground to protect his camera from damage; and ended up getting a large gash on his forearm. Jake said he needed 'medical attention' when he did not. John was the only one who needed medical attention but refused it. Note: The next day Jake left comments on Johns' You Tube site claiming Jake never needed any medical attention.

6) January 2012: Officer Winkleman responded to an incident (CR #12-573) where Johns' vehicle windshield was once again vandalized. Officer Winkleman told John he needed to see faces clearly on surveillance otherwise he could do nothing to help. Officer Winkleman then told John to retain a lawyer and left.

NEW L.E.D. STREETLIGHTS IN SANTA CLARA

LIFE OR COMMERCE? The crosswalk seen on the front cover of the Beatles album "Abbey Road" was the result of a national debate in the UK regarding pedestrian safety -- What is more important? Life or commerce? I think we ALL know the answer to that one...

 

UPDATE 17 apr 2015: The state law crosswalk sign seen in the foreground of the photo above has been knocked over various times in the past few years; and the last time it was stolen. John called the City of Sunnyvale (City Managers' office etc) each time and they have replaced this sign each time; sometimes taking longer than other times.

FEDERAL X OFFICER GABBY SEAGRAVE (X-13) -- John initially encountered Federal X-Officer Seagrave after John had called the City of Santa Clara about a neighbor named Mister Olenak (Mister Olenak was seen putting bleach into food for designated animals (a video of this is available). Officers Seagrave (and Lopez) declined to take action about criminal threats Mister Olenak had made towards John; causing Mister Olenak to be emboldened by this negligence on Officer Seagraves' part and carry through on his criminal threats made against John. Mister Olenak was laying in wait for John to feed ducks outside his residence at around 6 in the morning. Mister Olenak then followed John back onto his property and attacked John; threatening John's elderly father in the process; and causing John to call the Sunnyvale police once again; AND THEY DID NOTHING to help John regarding the vicious attack by Mister Olenak; and instead wanted to talk about duck feeding of all things.

Once again; Mister Olenak was later used at a bogus sham trial with Pablo Lopez and Gabby Seagrave as a "witness to duck feeding". And after this same sham administrative trial; John's 80+ year old father was then illegally detained (and basically held hostage and threatened) by Pablo Lopez and Gabby Seagrave; and the Olenak family as well.

John had previously filed a claim form against the City of Santa Clara for wrongful arrest by Pablo Lopez; and two days before the rejection letter arrived; this occurred: > GO TO: http://neighborhood-copwatch.blogspot.com/2007/07/malicious-vandalism-and-attempted.html > This was just the beginning of a years-long harassment campaign; likely supported by now ex-Santa Clara police officer Don Paolinetti; as Don Paolinetti's children were involved in the harassment campaign against John; using Don Paolinetti's various vehicles to perform the targeted harassment, stalking and menacing.

But this is nothing unusual; as the F.B.I. and/or American government in general has been doing such cruel and divisive things for many years now. For instance; when police stormed Johns' neighbors' house where duck feeding was occurring on the morning Mister Olenak attacked John and made criminal threats toward Johns' Dad; this incident caused those particular neighbors to turn against John; ending their years long relationship and causing unnecessary division.

NOTE: During and following the same years that MLK was active, the FBI actively sought to infiltrate “radical,” “subversive” groups. They launched the notorious COINTELPRO program, sending undercover agents to pose as members of movements. They seeped into anti-war groups, the Black Panthers, and communist, socialist, and Puerto Rican groups (among others). They attempted not only to gather information, but also to sow discord among the ranks of activists in order to sabotage their efforts. The FBI allegedly discontinued COINTELPRO in 1971, but many believe it still employs the same tactics today.

The FBI is also known for making the lives of whistle blowers a living hell. Though the Obama administration has cracked down on those who are courageous enough to expose government wrongdoing, the FBI has consistently ranked the most intolerant of such dissent. It sent a threatening letter to one of its' would-be whistle blowers and makes little effort to protect them. For an agency tasked with rooting out crime and corruption, its unwillingness to look in the mirror is disgraceful.

The FBI has a bad habit of employing selective justice. During the 1970s and 80s when it was prosecuting gangsters, it made a point to prosecute some and not others. Why? Because those it protected were paying them off and providing information on other gangs.

Further, in the 1960s, the FBI allowed four innocent men to be convicted of murder, simply to protect a former gangster turned informant. John attended a Santa Clara City Council meeting on October 8, 2000; and ex-Mayor Judy Nadler clearly gave John permission to feed illegally displaced ducks from the 1333 Lawrence Expressway property. John then later went to the Santa Clara City Clerk's office and attempted to get a copy of the meeting for this court case, and Ron Diridon Jr. was behind the counter.

John asked for the video evidence to be released, and Mister Diridon said it would be available on Monday. But when Monday came around; there was no video evidence to be had, just text from the meeting which had a reference to John being there, but no real council minutes on video. A little used section of the 2002 Sarbanese-Oxley accounting law makes it illegal to destroy documents (and/or video evidence?) even if no court has ordered them kept, and no investigator has asked for them. 

QUESTION: Other than basic destruction of evidence; 

what other laws apply to this obvious shady criminal activity?

QUESTION: Why would the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety want to destroy documents pertaining to citizen complaints and inquiries?

WHO IS JIDE NOWAK?

About one week after the broken windshield event in August of 2007 (see photo above and/or link below); John received a strange email from someone named "Jide Nowak". Jide Nowak was wondering how John fixed his windshield so quickly; questioning his source of finances. OTHER QUESTIONS: Why did the Sunnyvale police refuse to fully investigate this incident? Why did John have to take the above photograph himself? When windows at the Pentagon were recently shot at; you had roughly half the American police force out looking for the stray bullets. NOTE: 1) Similarly; John has a friend named Gary Perez. A few years back; Gary's bedroom window was allegedly shot at by the boyfriend of a woman Gary had an affair with; but the police Gary encountered refused to investigate the incident based upon lack of evidence!? If this same thing had happened to a police officer; you could bet there would not only be enough evidence; but also a thorough questioning of the suspected shooter; as well as television news coverage etc etc etc.

2) John also knows someone named Seth who lives in Campbell, California (Seth previously worked at a business called Theraleaf Careness In San Jose). Seth experienced the same kind of treatment from his local police department when faced with a similar situation. Apparently one night Seth caught people in the act of throwing bricks through the windows of vehicles which he and his roommates own. 

But when Seth called the police about the event; the police responded; but failed to act even though Seth had the license plate numbers of the perpetrators involved in the vandalism. The police said that if Seth followed up on it; Seth would be considered to be "harassing" the police for attempting to get the police to do their sworn duty of protecting and serving Seth!? What the hell was THAT all about?

THE SUNNYVALE FIRE DEPARTMENT?

On the night of 5 November 2005; John's garbage cans were knocked over as they had been several times right around this same time period. And since John happened to witness this particular disturbance; John then got into his vehicle and followed the truck in question. It turns out the truck (see photo) was apparently being driven by someone from the Sunnyvale Fire Department!?! But! We all know that every Sunnyvale Firefighter is also a Sunnyvale Police Officer part of the time…so who was this person driving this vehicle? And what was their motive? Police and/or Fire persons are supposed to be brave individuals; so why did this chickenshit idiot flee the scene?
