While the federal government has piled layers of bullshit on top; the main underlying duty of any police officer is to keep the peace.When the peace has not been kept; the job has not been done. It's really that simple. The Sunnyvale police REPEATEDLY failed to keep the peace in Johns' neighborhood. And not just once or twice; many times over...and this is UNACCEPTABLE...
