FACEBOOK PRIVACY; MARK ZUCKERBERG AND THE CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION ETC

MARK ZUCKERBERG IS PROTECTED  BY THE PALO ALTO POLICE DEPARTMENT

Many years ago John got the chance to play drums in large arenas with a rock band in the southern United States. During this tour John realized that public figures sometimes have to sacrifice their privacy and are often stalked and harassed by crazed fans who want a piece of the action. This experience left John feeling like his privacy was grossly invaded; causing him to take measures after the tour to protect himself from stalking in the future.

John was planning on starting a new music project called "Lik Roper" (go to: BEST OF NOISE @ http://likroper.bandcamp.com/album/best-of-noise) and wanted to avoid any further problems that may arise from overly inquisitive fans in case the project was successful in the future.

Adding to this; John writes about many very controversial subjects that could put Johns' safety at risk (go to: http://likroper.com); and John grew up living right next door to "Roger Yim" of the San Francisco Chronicle. Roger uses a false name due to the weight of the dangerous subject matter he writes about to avoid retaliation; so how is John any different than Roger? (the onset of the world wide web and it's consequential decentralization of power has in a very large sense made many people into empowered citizen-journalists needing equal protection).

John also has a friend (a singer who John toured with) who uses a legally copyrighted AKA name similar to the name Lik Roper; and this friend of Johns' has not been forced to use his real name on Facebook. Why is John being discriminated against in this way? Lik Roper has been Johns' legally copyrighted AKA name since 1992; when Mark Zuckerberg was about 8 years old.

John successfully kept his real name private from the general public until recently when Facebook forced John to use it; even though John had been egregiously harassed and stalked and menaced for about a decade prior.  Facebook claims using real names makes their Facebook community "safe"; but John has an extremely rare last name that would make it easy for anyone to find and stalk John and/or his family members if they chose to do so. Adding to this; the use of real names on Facebook also opens up the possibility of identity theft to occur. QUESTION: Should all California residents only be allowed to use fake names on Facebook since the California Constitution mandates it; or should everybody regardless of geographical region be free to enjoy these same protective rights?

Regardless; when Mark Zuckerberg is threatened and/or stalked and/or menaced; the Palo Alto Police Department will quickly protect him from harm (Question: is Mister Zuckerberg considered to be more important than other people who have less money than him? > go to: http://missionlocal.org/2015/07/zuckerbergs-guards-harassed-restraining-order-approved/ + SEE ALSO: EXTRA-LEGAL HARASSMENT @ http://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2015/07/extra-legal-harassment.html).

Also; Facebook CEO Cheryl Sandberg recently lost her beloved husband. What if a gang of angry conspiratorial teenagers connected to a local police officer (like the ones John had to deal with in the years after his brother died; Don Paolinettis' sons etc) decided to stalk and harass and menace Cheryl Sandberg the same way John was while grieving his brothers' death? That's right; the Palo Alto Police Department would spring into action and arrest the perpetrators and the story would surely be in the local newspapers. Arrests would be made and justice would be done.

So it should seem obvious that Mark Zuckerberg and Cheryl Sandbergs' lives are seen as being more important than others; similar to the way law enforcement views their lives as being more important than the people they were sworn to protect and serve; and/or also very similar to the off-the-charts hubris and/or egotism determined by the Narcissistic Personality Disorder found within many judges and/or government personnel in general.

Adding to this; 1) The California Constitution mandates privacy; and therefore can be interpreted as prohibiting Facebook from forcing people to use their real names; "protecting property; pursuing and/or obtaining safety, happiness AND PRIVACY..." (Note: There is no mention of gross annual income affecting the privacy rights and/or right to safety of individuals)

CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION / ARTICLE 1  DECLARATION OF RIGHTS / SECTION 1. All people are by nature free and independent and have inalienable rights. Among these are enjoying and defending life and liberty, acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and pursuing and obtaining safety, happiness, and privacy. > GO TO: http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/waisgate?waisdocid=0693643808+2+0+0&waisaction=retrieve

A law may not restrain or abridge liberty of speech or press" (?!?) NOTE: For the record: "every person may freely speak, write and publish his or her sentiments on all subjects" is in direct contradiction with "being responsible for the abuse of this right" (!?!) and/or "a law may not restrain or abridge liberty of speech or press" (?!?) Who is responsible for writing this two-sided 'whatever way the wind blows' crap? Californians are either free to speak; or they are not.

UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION AMENDMENT I: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

  2. "July 10th is my birthday but I could not celebrate at all since I kept thinking of a stranger of mine in China. I received many birthday greetings but I feel sorry for this stranger who is dying. Xiabo Liu is still not free and is currently dying in prison from terminal liver cancer. Despite being a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, it seems unfathomable and disgraceful to the entirety of human society that such a distinguished member of society is subjected to this kind of treatment. Even disregarding his social status, treating a man with his current predicament of being in the third and terminal stage of liver cancer seems unnecessarily cruel and only serves as a political warning to possible dissidents in China.

Many of us in America choose to remain silent in fears of potential blow back or retaliation by our business interests in China, or simply not being personally acquainted with Xiaobo Liu. This is further compounded by the stunning silence by the most influential leaders and members of society due to China’s hegemony within the economic sphere of the world. China justifies this matter as being a strictly domestic issue and should not be interfered with by outsiders who do not understand the subtext of the imprisonment of Xiaobo Liu.

We would like to urge you all to listen to your conscience and to speak up and voice your concerns against this unjust treatment of such an individual, an individual who has imprisoned for his act of speech via a published article or an oral speech, a right which is protected by the Bill of Rights in the American Constitution but is disregarded by the Chinese government.

We ask not for any donations or any support via material goods, but we do ask that leaders from the economic sphere within the Silicon Valley like the CEOs of Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Walmart, Adobe, LinkedIn, Cisco, Tesla, Uber, and other various economic leaders as well as community leaders to support our cause in defending the basic human rights of Xiaobo Liu. It is simply not enough to only “do not do evil”, but to actively do good within our communities and societies to ensure the general welfare and wellbeing of our future..." > Note: In other words; it's not ok in China -- therefore it's not ok here in America or anywhere else...it's high time to overcome your severe cranial/posterior syndromes...
