EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER LAW?

When the United States of America was created during the late 1770s; only Homesteaders were allowed to vote (in other words; only those who owned property voted). Women and/or slaves were initially not allowed to vote; but most people think this is an old trend not being practiced today.

Throughout history; financial discrimination has been one of the most prevalent forms of discrimination plaguing society; and it remains so to this day perhaps more than ever. This is unacceptable and changes must be made to correct this unbalanced situation if humanity is to evolve in a direction that points towards a necessary concern for the common good.

BENTON STREET @ SCOTT BOULEVARD

BENTON STREET @ SCOTT BOULEVARD -- The very same night of Carl's wake at a mortuary that used to be on Scott Boulevard; there were several Santa Clara police vehicles parked on the corner seen in the above photo as John's family left Carl's wake service; seemingly in response to what happened. But Carl was not a resident of Santa Clara at the time; and John lives in Sunnyvale -- so why were these Santa Clara police vehicles parked on this corner that same night? Was this done for safety concerns regarding John's family; as the nature of the crash had not been determined yet? (perhaps the crash was considered non-accidental until determined?) Or was this police display some sort of admission of guilt regarding: A) Danny Matos; who was a Santa Clara resident at the time; and who is essentially a career criminal with a record a mile long?; and/or B) a knee-jerk reaction to the extensive traffic calming measures never installed; yet promised to John's neighborhood by the City of Santa Clara before the crash? (Promised traffic calming measures that never came to fruition) Why were these Santa Clara police vehicles parked on this corner that night? This suggests the Santa Clara police department at very least had prior knowledge of Johns' family as far back as 1999.

OFFICER JIM CARRELL AND THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE: PRIOR KNOWLEDGE ETC

This proves the Department of Justice and/or D.O.J. had prior knowledge or these events; as well as Sunnyvale Officer Jim Carrell. No action was taken to correct the problem.

2) Steve Henson and his son witnessed Jake Paolinetti and his friends (including at least one Rebholtz family member) yelling loudly and honking while driving by John's house at around 10 PM in early June 2010; leading to the flyer that went around the neighborhood to 40 or so houses, warning them of the attacks (note: a conversation between John and Steve Henson discussing the events in question can be heard @ http://likroper.com/Voice0006.amr)  

> Apparently; Mrs. Rebholtz took one of those flyers and gave it to the Santa Clara Police Department; proving their was a cover-up and/or general mischaracterization of events – At this time the loud attacks ceased as the suspects were apparently tipped off.

Note: There are also other neighbors who live near John and who have never been officially questioned by the police department about the stalking and harassment (Note: Lieutenant Simpson REFUSED to interview Steve Henson > go to: http://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2014/01/miscellaneous-items.html).

One particular neighbor is a Russian man who lives across the street; he was awakened many nights by the harassment that was occurring and he actually showed up to the (bogus and/or sham) restraining order court date to bear witness. He is from Russia and has seen this kind of thing before; but he came to this country with his family to get away from this kind of abusive corruption.

That said; this particular Russian neighbor is also not afraid to stand up and do something about it either -- in court if needed. 

(This same neighbor showed up to the 2011 sham court date with Mrs. Rebholtz; but in the usual evasive and/or arrogant (etc) government fashion [City Council meetings etc]; they waste peoples' time by make people wait around all day to speak; so the Russian neighbor left the court and returned to work)

It took John about 2 years to figure out who was actually targeting John with harassment and stalking (as this was not some kind of "ongoing feud" as some in law enforcement would probably like to think). The targeted stalking began in earnest two days before John received a 2007 rejection letter from the City of Santa Clara regarding a claim John filed with the City of Santa Clara; and/or a wrongful arrest by officer Pablo Lopez (go to: http://neighborhood-copwatch.blogspot.com/2007/07/malicious-vandalism-and-attempted.html). 

About one year after this incident; John happened upon an old friend he knew from grade school; and because this person (who will be referred to as "Farmanian") lives on Bluebird Avenue in Santa Clara; Farmanian knew information about the gang at the end of Bluebird Avenue; and it turned out to be a Santa Clara cops' house where this gang hung out!?! Apparently; this particular Santa Clara cops' sons were taking part in the (what will be officially referred to as) "bullshit" that was happening around Johns' place in the middle of the night.

JOHN WAS TOLD BY HIS CIA AGENT BUDDY A FEW YEARS BACK: Google and/or the U.S. government and/or NASA and/or the NSA possesses satellites that can see the auras of all living creatures. (as every living being has it's own particular electronic signal) They can use these visible auras to track and count wildlife numbers (good); but then they can also use this same technology to track and harass good humans (bad). 1) ULISTAC NATURE AREA IN SANTA CLARA -- New soccer fields are needed due to parking concerns for the new 49ers stadium; but instead of building outwards on this particular parcel; the City of Santa Clara should instead redevelop another parcel (in other words; another parcel elsewhere without wildlife) to build upwards with a multi-story/multi-usage athletic field structure built (and/or 'pancaked') much like parking garages. This could be used by various athletic teams; and this idea could be very useful in inner city zones where open space is limited...

2) SANTA CLARA TENNIS AND GOLF CLUB -- slated for development by interests connected to the San Francisco 49ers (Joe Montana etc); this is yet another last remaining open space parcel in the Santa Clara valley...

3) MCCARTHY RANCH IN MILPITAS -- When a Cisco development was built on this particular land parcel back during the 1990s; Burrowing Owls were found to be living there. Land was mitigated for these animals; but has any follow-up occurred regarding their continued presence on this land now slated for possible development?

GOVERNMENT-SANCTIONED DISCRIMINATION (continued)...

IT TAKES AN IMMENSE AMOUNT OF PATIENCE TO DEAL WITH OUTSPOKEN DISSIDENTS

ONE OF THE MOST INSIDIOUS FORMS OF DISCRIMINATION HERE IN AMERICA (other than the obvious discrepancy between the treatment of human and animal) is the way government employees are treated better than "average" citizens (who supply their fat government paychecks). 

For instance; when SEVERAL PEOPLE attacked me over a multi-year period (GO TO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRVG-rWpemk&list=UU13_WfEgp0MBd6w_RqN1oug -- see: CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT) NO ARRESTS WERE MADE other than me (almost) for being such an outspoken activist/troublemaker speaking out against an unfair governmental system (see: Martin Luther King etc etc etc). 

But! when this EXACT SAME THING happens to (for instance) a police officer or any other government employee (or a woman or a child); IT IS A FELONY PUNISHABLE BY PRISON TIME. And this shows how Civil Rights enforcement has been selectively watered down and/or eroded by and/or for government since the onset of MLK and his genius observations; leaving a gaping hole of discrimination within American law (see: EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW).

What is the rationale behind this ideology? There is no real good reason for any of this; because if "average" citizens were treated the exact same way as government employees like they clearly should be (as if their "average" citizen lives mattered in the same way as government employees) CRIME RATES WOULD LIKELY DECREASE EXPONENTIALLY leaving no more dirty work for law enforcement; leading to eventual layoffs etc. And mainly; since this new ideology might actually pose a problem for police wanting to rough people up during police encounters; it does not happen. 

THE TRUTH IS; much of the reason government allows "average" citizens to be violated the way they do is at least partially based in arrogance on the part of condescending government employees who view their lives with a sort of "delusional narcissism" (judges etc); folks who actually think their lives are more important than others. But the other part is this:THE FACT that government feels it needs to violate our Civil Rights in order to do their job; which could not be farther from the truth...

22 JUN 2014 -- "DISCRIMINATION HAS NO PLACE IN ARIZONA, OR ANYWHERE ELSE"? -- I was talking to one of my lesbian friends last night at the bar...and I explained to her how as a heterosexual I got kicked out of a bar after being attacked by one of the bar employees...then i told her how the sunnyvale police later refused to pull up the damning surveillance footage to prove my claims and instead asked me to leave the bar as well. My lesbian friend responded saying that she worked as a karaoke host for many years and (in California) if a bar decides to refuse service to somebody they have the right to do it...and she almost seemed happy about this; like it was the right thing to do and good to have a law such as this. But I countered saying there was recently a big argument coming out of Arizona about how homosexuals could potentially be denied service based upon businesses asserting their "religious beliefs" -- So what's the difference between Arizona and California in this case? California business interests are apparently very powerful and influential within the state; and I suppose that while California supposedly has some of the most progressive anti-discrimination laws in the country; the media is so highly controlled and/or so blind and/or so whatever they are; that this gaping loophole in California anti-discrimination law has never been fully addressed; until now that is...> http://www.cnn.com/2014/02/26/politics/arizona-brewer-bill/

CORRUPT COPS PLANT DRUGS

Corrupt cops on the Santa Clara police force planted drugs in the home of Allison Ross, after they ransacked her home and found nothing. To make their transgression worse, they had no search warrant and Ms Ross denied them the right to search.

The incident began at a neighbor’s house where Ms Ross’ husband was arrested on unspecified charges. They then made their way to the Ross house, where they tore the house apart looking for methamphetamine. The search turned up no drugs and the cops went outside to discuss the situation. It was there they decided to plant two bags of the drugs in the house. The plan might have worked, had they not made them in front of the dash cam. It recorded their entire conversation.

They arrested Ms Ross for being under the influence of methamphetamine, but the D.A. tossed the charges because it was discovered that the cops had lied about the arrest. The question is, if they know the cops lied, why didn’t any of them face charges? Ms Ross is now suing along with her husband for false arrest, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, negligent hiring and conspiracy.

Radley Balco of the Washington Post observed:

"The suit also brings up two other questions: If the district attorney’s office dismissed the charges due to false statements, why haven’t the people who made those false statements been prosecuted for perjury? And why are these particular police officers still on the job?"

REST IN PEACE, BRIAN COLLETTI

BRIAN COLLETTI was killed by Santa Clara police a few years back. The article about the event in the local newspaper was one paragraph long, and no officers were ever suspended due to the event. The "official" Santa Clara police department version was when officers confronted Brian; Brian became abusive and combative; and while placing him in "the wrap" restraining device; Brian then supposedly fell and hit his head. Police paid to protect and serve the public instead often often than not abuse and violate the public; therefore this kind of barbarism must STOP; as we cannot call ourselves and/or consider ourselves to be a 'civilization' until we collectively start acting in a civil manner. 

This is yet one more example of a pattern of police misconduct and/or gross negligence and/or abuse and/or corruption over time on the part of the Santa Clara police department. (The anonymous source of this story has allegedly been physically beaten by Santa Clara police multiple times in past years; but prefers to remain silent beyond providing this important information)...
