REST IN PEACE MISSY CAT / 25 DEC 2015

EV#16-056-138: On December 25, 2015 Johns' beloved cat Missy was found laying on sidewalk on the side yard of Johns' house unable to move her back legs. After rushing Missy to a 24 hour emergency veterinarian; it was determined that Missy's back was broken and they recommended immediately putting her to sleep; which they did after administering pain medication. After returning home and reviewing surveillance footage; a person of interest was found on the footage. Missy was a healthy 16 year old cat who did not deserve to die like this; and the person who did this to Missy must be apprehended ASAP. It was Johns' fathers' 90th birthday on the 23rd of December; and Missy was his favorite cat. John and his Father are both devastated by the loss of Missy Cat; and Missys' 15 year old son Boo has been searching the house for his mother and crying all day today.

UPDATE / 30 Mar 2016 / EV#16-056-138 > Roughly 2 months after Missy was put to sleep; NRO Officers Fuji and Gantt finally came to Johns' residence to respond; after John had tried unsuccessfully numerous times to get an incident number from Officer Fuji via email (something John has done before > http://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2013/12/incident-on-15-december-2013.html). Adding insult to injury; the first thing Officer Fuji addressed was cat food dishes on the ground with water in them to keep ants out (part of the reason John wanted the incident number online; because Sunnyvale DPS has a way of always turning on John when their help is most needed). Luckily; Officer Gantt agreed with John and said it was a good idea to do so. A beloved animal was dead; but Officer Fuji wanted to instead talk about cat dishes.

John then went to the side yard where the incident occurred to explain the details of the incident; but Officer Fuji once again attempted to make excuses for the perpetrator of the crime by suggesting it was an accident; even though the person who committed the crime can be clearly seen on surveillance video. And the Veterinarian who helped Missy never saw the surveillance video either; suggested it was an accident as well. The video reveals it was NOT an accident; as Missy never entered the street -- nor did she ever at this point in her life. Missy was 16 years old and stayed on her own property; rarely crossing the street as she regularly did when she was younger.

THE MYSTERY MAN FROM LOCKHEED (MML) AND FORCED MASS VACCINATIONS

On 15 August 2015; John was at Blinkys' Can't Say Lounge on a Saturday night after having finished delivering his magazine deliveries for the month. After briefly reading the contents of one of the magazines John had delivered; John was particularly incensed about magazine articles regarding mass vaccinations.  John then moved towards the bar where the mystery man from Lockheed (MML) was sitting. It was a slow night and bartender Heather was milking MML for his big tip$.

Note: Desperate men like MML should realize that most divebartenders like Heather are no different than most hookers and/or strippers when it comes to using their clientele for ca$h. As soon as that cash flow dries up;  more often than not so does the divebartenders' undivided attention; much like the legal system here in America and abroad.

John had just sung the song "Godzilla" by Blue Oyster Cult (BOC); and was congratulated by Blinkys' regulars including Timmy; and Johns' good friend Larry among others (Timmy ended up being ejected from the club as well a few weeks after for supposedly "bothering customers"; but Timmy has now been allowed to return to Blinkys'). John was flying high from his amazing BOC performance; but MML seemed to be bothered by the attention John was getting; telling John to "SHUT UP!". (Note: MML buys his attention while John legitimately earns his attention with his talent; big difference).

In the days before this August 2015 incident with MML at Blinkys'; John had contacted several members of the California State Legislature regarding the Connection Magazines' vaccine articles; warning them of the highly probable negative consequences of mass vaccinations -- causing John to wonder whether MML was put up to his nonsense on that August 2015 night? Is somebody bothered by Johns' unstoppable outspoken nature? If so; too damn bad...

> At the Oasis Nightclub in the years before the August 2015 incident; John had been befriended and/or approached by other alleged Lockheed employees like MML; Gary Perez who was an old neighborhood friend of Johns' sister and neighbor Bobby Martinez. Note: a head security guard from Shoreline Amphitheater approached John at the Oasis Nightclub one night asking John to work for him (after testing Johns' rock hard stomach with a light punch); then saying to John that he always sees "that guy" (pointing to Gary Perez) hanging around all the Mountain View cops at Shoreline Amphitheater during concerts; leading John to suspect that Gary Perez is in fact an undercover law enforcement agent of some sort. John was ejected from the Oasis Nightclub shortly after learning about the alleged secret status of Mister Perez (John already knew Gary had classified clearance and worked at Vandenburg Air Force base). 

Another supposed Lockheed employee who approached John at the Oasis Nightclub was "T"; an alleged CIA agent who around this same time was supposedly sent on a secret mission with 3 U.S. Marines with "a screw loose" to stop a nuclear device from being detonated on the San Andreas fault to create a 500 year seismic event; derived from loose nukes stolen by the Russian mafia (Note: T was sent on this secret mission as supposed punishment for giving John important intelligence information regarding how crooked Officer Don Paolinetti was and/or is. T did not like how John was being treated [and/or tortured] and was allegedly retaliated against and fired for speaking out to John about the toritous and/or torturous conduct John was experiencing at the time; opening the door to the possibility of serious federal malfeasance and/or Gross Negligence being involved).

This all leads John to believe that MML was perhaps ordered to do what he did (destabilization/disruption?) on that August 2015 night at Blinkys' in the days after John had contacted the California Legislature regarding the dangers of vaccines? Why else would MML (according to John's good friend Larry) go on and on for a half an hour afterwards; crying like a little baby over this non-incident?

Futhermore; when John first attended Blinkys' roughly two years before the August 2015 incident; an unreported bar fight broke out which Heather helped to break up. John then went over to help Heather by rubbing her shoulders and saying "Merry Christmas" to lighten up the mood. 

Heather then fell on the pool table in submission causing John to think that perhaps Heather liked John. (Heather's then boyfriend Talon was LIVID; but eventually got over it and became Johns' friend -- and John did not know that Heather had winked her eye during the pool table incident at then karaoke host JC). Not knowing about Heather's boyfriend or Heathers' eye wink to JC; John wrongfully assumed that Heather was single and planned on singing "Love her madly" by the Doors for Heather the next week after the pool table incident -- which John did with Heather secretly aware for about two years until the August 2015 incident. 

Things started quickly going south between John and Heather after the August 2015 incident when John stopped singing "Love her madly" by The Doors; as John purposefully failed to make eye contact with Heather for a number of months after this incident. 

IN RETROSPECT: 1) Between illegal discrimination and collusion by Heather at Blinkys; giving no non-arbitrary code-based reason to eject John; 2) lowly ex-divebartender Shannon at the Oasis Nightclub (who had John ejected much like Heather; without giving a non-arbitrary reason for doing so after karaoke host Doug had attacked John under surveillance cameras which Sunnyvale Officers Smith and Ochoa refused to access); 3) the bartender/owner of Woodhams Lounge who ejected John from the club after John had been viciously attacked by a customer; then sent John a computer virus because John called the SJPD instead of letting a bouncer handle the incident [!?!]; 4) and/or Johns' crazy sister who slandered John with no solid evidence to back it up etc etc etc -- women who want to be "empowered" or break through the "glass ceiling" blah blah blah etc etc etc had better seriously consider using their powers for the forces of the common good rather than the uncommon bad.

Those who want their rights protected; must also protect the rights of others...

NOTE: While California residents generally tend to think they have strong anti-discrimination laws (compared to North Carolina or Mississippi etc); the right to deny service in California is a large loop hole allowing various rights violators to pass through on a regular basis. GODS' EMPTY CHAIR can be seen as a metaphor referring to government and/or police and/or judges and/or crooked prosecutors who repeatedly insist that John does not have a case -- doing absolutely NOTHING about various legal violations experienced by John over nearly a decade. It can also be seen as a reference to George Hills Company; who repeatedly rejected claims made by John and in the process acted to cover up various violations in the process; causing the violations to continue unabated. It can also be seen as John trying to represent himself and/or his Amended Complaint in a Superior Court that would probably rather just take advantage of John by ignoring the complaint and have it all just go away; as most courts seem to actually care more about saving money and/or government face than paying out settlements for the egregious violation of individual rights. It can be seen as representing the various lawyers who turned down Johns' mile deep open and shut case over the years. Or police officers who responded to Johns' calls; then left the scene without doing thorough investigations -- or police who simply do not show up at all when called. It can be seen a reference to Officer Don Paolinetti; who moved out of his house to run away from the years of harassment and/or stalking and/or menacing he sponsored. And it's also about karaoke hosts who hang out in the parking lot and/or spin records all night instead of letting people sing. 

And finally; in this instance this is not only about John being ejected from Blinkys' Can't Say Lounge leaving an empty chair to be filled by some godawful out of tune karaoke singer -- but also mainly about James Patrick Finley...

QUESTIONS: Why is it when a police officer is physically attacked; it is more often than not a felony violation -- but when John got attacked several times with video evidence included; no action was taken? What Does It Mean to Discriminate Against Someone? John does not necessarily believe Adam when he says that he did not collude with Heather; but that would be hard to prove. And Adam never tried allowing singing with the computer monitor that night 21 November 2015...Adam mainly played records all night with a little singing here and there...and last time I spoke to Heather on Friday she said she did not hear anything about this from Adam...then next time John saw Heather she asked John to leave before he even got into the club...she had to have obviously spoken to Adam about this situation; otherwise why the sudden about face?

NOTE: This is the third time John has been blatantly discriminated against during an era with a President of African-American descent who was elected on a non-discrimination/pro-civil rights platform; a President who spoke openly about the importance of Martin Luther King and/or Rosa Parks and the changes they brought about to America. So why is John still being discriminated against during this supposed momentous time of non-discrimination? 

While California residents generally tend to think they have strong anti-discrimination laws (compared to North Carolina or Mississippi etc); the right to deny service in California is a large loop hole allowing various rights violators to pass through on a regular basis. Every day someone gets their rights violated by this vaguely written law here in the State of California.

ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS -- The Rosa Parks incident was really all about nobody discriminating against anybody; at any time; anywhere; for any reason regardless of race and/or affiliation etc. The Rosa Parks incident had everything to do with race; but then again it had nothing whatsoever to do with race. It was all about discrimination being inherently wrong (and especially class-based discrimination) even if California (the supposed land of non-discrimination) has decided that some establishments have the right to deny service and/or rights to anyone at any time. 

But what is the definition of 'service'? Does entry into an establishment equal service? Or does service equal the purchase of alcohol?

 serv·ice (noun) 1) the action of helping or doing work for someone. "millions are involved in voluntary service" synonyms: favor, kindness, good turn, helping hand + 2) a system supplying a public need such as transport, communications, or utilities such as electricity and water.

Therefore; a patron can be denied service; but not necessarily entry unless code-base violations have occurred and/or unlawful activity has occurred on the part of the patron.

NOTE: In the past when individuals were denied service at any given bar; it generally meant these individuals would be served no more alcohol because they were usually to inebriated. And if these same individuals got angry; they then finally ended up being ejected from the bar. (John had not been drinking the night he got ejected from Blinky's Can't Say lounge).  

THE BOTTOM LINE: The current common practice of ejecting highly inebriated bar patrons essentially encourages those same patrons to then leave the bar and drive away drunk -- something that clearly endangers public safety. Therefore; the burden of responsibility should be upon nightclub establishments to take care of the people they sold too many drinks to. And in the meantime; John was not even drinking alcohol at the time of his illegal Blinky's ejection.

UPDATE: 25 JULY 2016 / Johns' friend Larry recently went to Blinky's with a girlfriend. At some point Larry allegedly went to use the men's bathroom; and Larrys' girlfriend followed Larry to the bathroom. She then cracked open the mens' bathroom door to speak to Larry; and Bouncer Donny then saw her at the bathroom door; asking her what she was doing. Larrys' girlfriend told Donny "it's none of your business"; causing Donny to immediately eject Larry and his (Caucasian) girlfriend from Blinkys'; saying to them "you're 86d for life". Blinkys' owner Danielle then interjected that Larry does not drink or cause trouble; so Larry should be allowed back in -- but Larry now does not trust Donny now and will not be returning to Blinkys'; which is Larrys' favorite dive bar hangout.

Just to remind everyone; people cannot be ejected from private businesses of public accommodation without a non-arbitrary; business code-based reason for doing so.
