GOVERNMENT-SANCTIONED DISCRIMINATION (continued)...

IT TAKES AN IMMENSE AMOUNT OF PATIENCE TO DEAL WITH OUTSPOKEN DISSIDENTS

ONE OF THE MOST INSIDIOUS FORMS OF DISCRIMINATION HERE IN AMERICA (other than the obvious discrepancy between the treatment of human and animal) is the way government employees are treated better than "average" citizens (who supply their fat government paychecks). 

For instance; when SEVERAL PEOPLE attacked me over a multi-year period (GO TO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRVG-rWpemk&list=UU13_WfEgp0MBd6w_RqN1oug -- see: CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT) NO ARRESTS WERE MADE other than me (almost) for being such an outspoken activist/troublemaker speaking out against an unfair governmental system (see: Martin Luther King etc etc etc). 

But! when this EXACT SAME THING happens to (for instance) a police officer or any other government employee (or a woman or a child); IT IS A FELONY PUNISHABLE BY PRISON TIME. And this shows how Civil Rights enforcement has been selectively watered down and/or eroded by and/or for government since the onset of MLK and his genius observations; leaving a gaping hole of discrimination within American law (see: EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW).

What is the rationale behind this ideology? There is no real good reason for any of this; because if "average" citizens were treated the exact same way as government employees like they clearly should be (as if their "average" citizen lives mattered in the same way as government employees) CRIME RATES WOULD LIKELY DECREASE EXPONENTIALLY leaving no more dirty work for law enforcement; leading to eventual layoffs etc. And mainly; since this new ideology might actually pose a problem for police wanting to rough people up during police encounters; it does not happen. 

THE TRUTH IS; much of the reason government allows "average" citizens to be violated the way they do is at least partially based in arrogance on the part of condescending government employees who view their lives with a sort of "delusional narcissism" (judges etc); folks who actually think their lives are more important than others. But the other part is this:THE FACT that government feels it needs to violate our Civil Rights in order to do their job; which could not be farther from the truth...

22 JUN 2014 -- "DISCRIMINATION HAS NO PLACE IN ARIZONA, OR ANYWHERE ELSE"? -- I was talking to one of my lesbian friends last night at the bar...and I explained to her how as a heterosexual I got kicked out of a bar after being attacked by one of the bar employees...then i told her how the sunnyvale police later refused to pull up the damning surveillance footage to prove my claims and instead asked me to leave the bar as well. My lesbian friend responded saying that she worked as a karaoke host for many years and (in California) if a bar decides to refuse service to somebody they have the right to do it...and she almost seemed happy about this; like it was the right thing to do and good to have a law such as this. But I countered saying there was recently a big argument coming out of Arizona about how homosexuals could potentially be denied service based upon businesses asserting their "religious beliefs" -- So what's the difference between Arizona and California in this case? California business interests are apparently very powerful and influential within the state; and I suppose that while California supposedly has some of the most progressive anti-discrimination laws in the country; the media is so highly controlled and/or so blind and/or so whatever they are; that this gaping loophole in California anti-discrimination law has never been fully addressed; until now that is...> http://www.cnn.com/2014/02/26/politics/arizona-brewer-bill/

CORRUPT COPS PLANT DRUGS

Corrupt cops on the Santa Clara police force planted drugs in the home of Allison Ross, after they ransacked her home and found nothing. To make their transgression worse, they had no search warrant and Ms Ross denied them the right to search.

The incident began at a neighbor’s house where Ms Ross’ husband was arrested on unspecified charges. They then made their way to the Ross house, where they tore the house apart looking for methamphetamine. The search turned up no drugs and the cops went outside to discuss the situation. It was there they decided to plant two bags of the drugs in the house. The plan might have worked, had they not made them in front of the dash cam. It recorded their entire conversation.

They arrested Ms Ross for being under the influence of methamphetamine, but the D.A. tossed the charges because it was discovered that the cops had lied about the arrest. The question is, if they know the cops lied, why didn’t any of them face charges? Ms Ross is now suing along with her husband for false arrest, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, negligent hiring and conspiracy.

Radley Balco of the Washington Post observed:

"The suit also brings up two other questions: If the district attorney’s office dismissed the charges due to false statements, why haven’t the people who made those false statements been prosecuted for perjury? And why are these particular police officers still on the job?"

REST IN PEACE, BRIAN COLLETTI

BRIAN COLLETTI was killed by Santa Clara police a few years back. The article about the event in the local newspaper was one paragraph long, and no officers were ever suspended due to the event. The "official" Santa Clara police department version was when officers confronted Brian; Brian became abusive and combative; and while placing him in "the wrap" restraining device; Brian then supposedly fell and hit his head. Police paid to protect and serve the public instead often often than not abuse and violate the public; therefore this kind of barbarism must STOP; as we cannot call ourselves and/or consider ourselves to be a 'civilization' until we collectively start acting in a civil manner. 

This is yet one more example of a pattern of police misconduct and/or gross negligence and/or abuse and/or corruption over time on the part of the Santa Clara police department. (The anonymous source of this story has allegedly been physically beaten by Santa Clara police multiple times in past years; but prefers to remain silent beyond providing this important information)...

INCIDENT #EV-98-112345 / MISTER STRUBLE

BACK IN 1998; John saw a neighbor named Mr. Struble driving by Johns' house in an unsafe manner trying to hit ducks with his car on Mr. Strubles' way to work one morning. The very next morning; John went out to the curb attempting to discourage Mr. Struble from hitting the ducks; when Mr. Struble almost hit John with his vehicle and fled the scene. 

The next morning; Mr. Struble drove by John at a very close range (John was standing on the curb); close enough for John to touch a side window on Mr. Struble's vehicle. Mr. Struble then pulled way over to the left hand side of the street and stopped his car. John went to Mr. Strubles' vehicles' drivers' side window and encouraged him to slow down. Mr. Struble then belligerently grabbed Johns' hair through his drivers' side window; then threw a lame punch. This caused John to go into the house and call the Sunnyvale police as Mr. Struble fled the scene. 

Three officers eventually arrived; and one of the officers gave John a REALLY MEAN look and immediately left the scene after slamming his door (because rumor has it that officers were being overworked at the time). John dealt with then rookie officer Discher; who was very friendly and professional; calling Mr. Struble at work to see what actually happened. Mr. Struble corroborated the account of the attack on John to officer Dischler; and officer Discher then told Mr. Struble to drive around the block after this event to avoid driving by John's house; which Mr. Struble failed to do in the following days after the initial attack. 

John then called the Sunnyvale police several times (3 times John believes) speaking one time to a female officer named offer Rice. Officer RIce was very understanding about the situation and encouraged John to let it go. But Mr. Struble was ignoring officer Dischers' orders to go around the block in the days following the attack on John; driving faster and acting even more belligerent than he was before. 

Frustrated by the lack of police support; John then attempted to communicate with Mr. Struble; leaving a note on his doorstep; including a copy of John's very first CD "Music From Outer Space" (go to: http://likroper.bandcamp.com/album/music-from-outer-space > Note: This CD was left out of the evidence at the sham trial that followed. Part of John's message to Mr. Struble was "You will (likely) be charged with attempted vehicular manslaughter. Merry Xmas" (the word likely was left out) Note: Johns' brother was killed the very next year on Christmas Eve by a man named Danny Matos; who was charged with vehicular manslaughter!?!). 

After this utilization of Johns' in/unalienable First Amendment rights; attempting to legally communicate with Mr. Struble; two Sunnyvale police officers (including officer Beninger) showed up at Johns' front door with a temporary restraining order (!?!); telling John he could not stand in the same spot he was attacked by Mr. Struble!?! The Strubles apparently created obviously opposing depositions of the event where (among other things); Mr. Struble admitted to trying to run over the ducks; and Mrs. Struble accused John of the very same thing that Mr. Struble did to John, even though Mr. Struble corroborated the story to officer Discher!?! 

John then attended the sham trial and accepted the bogus restraining order; then right after it ended; out in the lobby John asked Officer Beninger if he ever spoke to officer "Dischler" (John wrongfully added an L to officer Dischers' last name). Officer Beninger then responded with "Who's Dischler?" (in front of two witnesses including Roger Brozinich > see: "CIVIL RIGHTS TASK FORCE ETC" link below). In other words; there was apparently a disconnect between officer Discher and officer Beninger; which led to this situation. 

Officer Beninger was then fired in the following months; Sunnyvale police chief Williams resigned from his position after not responding to Johns' complaint about traffic (see scanned email correspondence document below); and a new Sunnyvale law was created requiring officers to take a report for every stop; no matter how seemingly insignificant. 

This blog post is yet another glaring example of the pattern of negligence and corruption John has experienced at the hands of the Sunnyvale police department for roughly 16 years now. This is UNACCEPTABLE and SHAMEFUL; therefore something needs to DRASTICALLY change within the culture of the Sunnyvale police department so this kind of (purposeful?) twisted travesty of justice never happens again.

NOTE: Retired Traffic Engineer Chris Fernandez was seen going across the street to Mr. Olenaks' house (wearing a Hawaiian shirt) to talk Mr. Olenak out of supporting the speed humps; something Mr. Astroturf later admitted to John in confidence. Mr. Astroturf also admitted that he just doesn't like speed humps. It is not Johns' intention to throw Mr. Astroturf under the bus; as he is a good neighbor; but this kind of conspiratorial activity is unacceptable if not illegal.

IN THE BEGINNING...

17 may 2005 - IN THE BEGINNING...

JOHN CREATED A VIDEO...then made notes of the various misuses of the Peterson field (driving and parking on the field, etc) then emailed this out to various governmental and media sources in an attempt to bring attention to the situation. (see video: THE MYSTERY LADY @ http://likroper.com/MYSTERY-LADY.wmv) A few weeks later, John heard from another neighbor lady that there was a plan to build high-density housing in the field as an 'answer' to this problem; a lady who gave John leaked SCUSD plans for the Peterson field!?! 

Shortly after this -- a few days before the first "secret" study session regarding the issue at the Sunnyvale City Council chambers -- John got wind of the study session plan and put out about 700+ flyers all over the neighborhood to bring this important issue to peoples' attention. (which was and/or is obviously in the publics' interest). People were apparently turned away at the door of the "secret" study session while John stayed home to watch some TV. John was later told the proposed projects' developer was VERY ANGRY that people found out about the plan. QUESTION: what is the name of this particular developer; and did he and/or she perhaps have something to do with the trouble John experienced over the last few years?

Since then, the Sunnyvale City Council has been all but silent about the issue; and the Sunnyvale police have regularly harassed and stalked John various times ever since then; deploying entire SWAT teams (!?!) for everything from feeding ducks to picking up litter etc etc etc; and all under the false guise of "doing their jobs". 

THE FACT IS: before 9-11, it was the government's dirty little secret that the FBI (etc) actively targeted and destabilized activists; and particularly African-American activist (see: ACLU archives), and now with the USA Patriot Act, it is apparently standard procedure. But! the events of September 11th, 2001 were the result of an inside job on the part of various entities including Saudi and American etc interests. Therefore; all laws that came out of this singular nefarious event are clearly not enforceable and/or Constitutional; and NEED TO BE EXPUNGED ASAP!

After the Sunnyvale City Council meeting in question;  the bird spikes seen in the photo above suddenly showed up on a streetlight pole outside John's house. John used to have spiritual moments in the morning as the sun rose with a dove sitting on top of that pole; moments ended by this apparently retaliatory action. 

NOTE: A few weeks after the installation of the bird spikes in question; John spoke to a Sunnyvale street worker and asked about the spikes; and the street worker said that a neighbor requested the spikes; and that the THE CITY COUNCIL EXPEDITED THE PROCESS!?! This shows how government directly retaliates against particularly successful activists -- or any activist for that matter -- because of (essentially unconstitutional) government dissent clauses. Question: how many other streetlight poles have bird spikes installed in the City of Sunnyvale? John has not seen any other spikes like this yet in the city of Sunnyvale…

NOTE: The most insidious thing about all of this is that local police and/or local government in general in a very large sense used common gang tactics to destabilize a very powerful and outspoken dissident. In other words; they used teenagers and local thugs to do dirty work that police and/or government in general could not do without jail time; legal action; termination or reprimand. These various individuals were allowed to target John without recourse for many years.
