Back in September of 2001; Senator Diane Feinstein visited then Vice-President Dick Cheney (disgraced and/or impeached ex-President Dick Nixons' right hand man) a few days before September 11th, 2001; warning Mister Cheney of the impending attacks. Mister Cheney answered: "come back in a month"; leading to the deaths of thousands of American citizens in the World Trade Center; and a war overseas which has taken countless more lives since its' inception.

§ 1986.
