ELDER ABUSE?

One very important aspect of this case is the fact that John's 90 year old father lives at the same residence where nearly a decade of stalking and harassment occurred; and this fact makes the case take on a new dimension of Elder Abuse. While the night time attacks were not necessarily all directed at John's elder father; Johns' elder father was nonetheless directly affected by these various disruptions; causing IMMENSE emotional distress for both John and his elder father, AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Note: Johns' father was admitted into Kaiser Hospital after the suspicious death of Precious Cat (click here). Also; Elder Abuse does not necessarily apply only to Johns' elder father -- this also applies to John and his lost wages and/or savings as well; as John is about 1 year away from being eligible for the Denny's restaurant senior menu (55+).
