QUESTION: 1) Why did a U.S. Military weapons specialist approach John at the old Acapulco Restaurant in Santa Clara shortly after the 911 attacks and claim the FBI had been interrogating him regarding the attacks for possible involvement in them?

But! as it turns out; the USA Patriot Act was actually drafted a few weeks before the 9-11 attacks; and not only did a female FBI agent raise red flags about a CIA flight training school which could have averted the attacks (and instead essentially assisted in them); but Senator Diane Feinstein even went as far as warning Vice President Dick Cheney that something big was about to happen a few days before the 9-11 attacks. Mister Cheney responded with "come back in a month". (?!?) Therefore; Mister Cheney (who was Dick Nixon's right hand man. In other words; the most crooked individual in U.S. history) is either GROSSLY NEGLIGENT; OR WAS COMPLICIT IN THE ATTACKS.

GASLIGHTING AND/OR PSYCHOLOGICAL OPERATIONS AND/OR PSY-OPS

A) GASLIGHTING and/or gas-lighting is a form of mental abuse in which false information is presented with the intent of making victims doubt their own memory, perception, and sanity.  Instances may range simply from the denial by an abuser that previous abusive incidents ever occurred, up to the staging of bizarre events by the abuser with the intention of disorienting the victim. B) GASLIGHTING is a form of emotional abuse where the abuser manipulates situations repeatedly to trick the victim into distrusting his or her own memory and perceptions. Gas-lighting is an insidious form of abuse. It makes victims question the very instincts that they have counted on their whole lives, making them unsure of anything. Gas-lighting makes it very likely that victims will believe whatever their abusers tell them regardless as to their own experience of the situation. Gas-lighting often precedes other types of emotional and physical abuse because the victim of gas-lighting is more likely to remain in other abusive situations as well.

EXAMPLE: 1) Santa Clara Police Officer Gabriel Seagrave suggested to John that John was NOT an activist at a City of Santa Clara 2007 administrative hearing; even though in adjacent Sunnyvale John had passed out roughly 10,000 fliers which ultimately brought about the Full Circle Farm in Sunnyvale. John even re-directed an entire public hearing to the Peterson Middle School cafeteria; and was stalked by a Sunnyvale DPS Officer in the process. And Officer Seagrave even tried to downplay John being attacked by Mister Olenak; EVEN THOUGH MISTER OLENAK ADMITTED TO THIS ATTACK AT AN ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING IN FRONT OF JUDGE LOUIS AMADEO JUNIOR; AND TWO SANTA CLARA POLICE OFFICERS!?! AND THESE SAME OFFICERS TOOK NO ACTION TO ARREST MISTER OLENAK AT THIS TIME!?! INSTEAD; THESE TWO CHICKENSHIT POLICE OFFICERS FURTHER VIOLATED JOHN'S CIVIL RIGHTS BY SHOWING UP TO THIS SHAM ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING WITH BULLY CLUBS CLANKING IN A LAME AND ULTIMATELY UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPT TO INTIMIDATE JOHN!?! Adding to this; Officers Seagrave and Lopez and the entire evil Olenak clan held John's father against his will after this hearing; violating John's father's civil rights as well. (Mister Olenak threatened John's father on the same morning Mister Olenak attacked John).

2) After being repeatedly harassed and stalked and menaced etc for a number of years; John then called the Sunnyvale police after having his civil rights egregiously violated in the street by the same gang of idiot punks who were bothering him in an aggravated fashion for so many years. Sunnyvale DPS Lieutenant Simpson wrongfully suggested John was "5150" and/or mentally unstable after John had his civil rights egregiously violated by idiot punk Jake Paolinetti and friends; using intimidation and coercion while backing John up about 30 feet with his camera. (Jake Paolinetti is clearly the aggressor in this incident) And while John has been a fan of the rock band Van Halen for a number of years; and their usage of the "5150" term (Note: Eddie Van Halen's recording studio is named "5150") John does not appreciate how Lieutenant Simpson used gas-lighting and/or psy-ops to smear John's reputation and/or distract from the truth about the situation. 

After John called the police to the scene; "Officer Bullshit" [and/or O.B.] responded with other Sunnyvale DPS members including Lieutenant Simpson; O.B. immediately asked John if John had a criminal record. When John responded with "NO"; Officer Bullshit then said "BULLSHIT!". Adding to this; while John was being interrogated by Lieutenant Simpson; O.B. was rolling his eyes and making funny faces behind Lieutenant Simpson's back; as if O.B. did not agree with Lieutenant Simpson. And this was likely not a "good cop/bad cop" routine as O.B. seemed like he really meant it. 

Note: John later saw O.B. on guard down at the front of the Superior Court in Sunnyvale a few months later; and O.B. was very cool to John once again at this time; leading John to believe O.B. is actually on John's side in this case.

3) Psychological Operations are largely responsible for the delusional fantasies the Rebholtz daughter and/or even John's sister Kris entertain and/or entertained about John. With the corporate/government-controlled television and print media obsessively focusing upon various shooting rampages over the last few years (probably creating even more shooting rampages in the process by popularizing them; and also causing a bunch of knee-jerk reactions by police departments like the Sunnyvale and Santa Clara Police responding with a S.W.A.T. team to a duck feeding litter gatherer); a seed of paranoid thought has been planted in the vulnerable minds of many individuals regarding this ugly phenomenon. And this in turn has created a sort of "mass-delusional state" of sorts among many people who view this psy-ops news media propaganda on a daily basis.

STUDY FINDS COURTS GIVE PROSECUTORS LEEWAY ON DISCLOSING EVIDENCE

MORE THAN 50 YEARS AGO; the U.S. Supreme Court said prosecutors, who have much more access to crime-scene evidence than defense lawyers, must turn over any information they find that might help the defendant. But when they fail to turn over favorable evidence, courts these days seldom do anything about it, according to a new study co-authored by a Santa Clara University law professor. The nationwide study examined 210 cases over a five-year period in which prosecutors had withheld evidence that defense lawyers -- when they later learned about it -- claimed they could have used to get an acquittal or a lesser sentence. In 188 of those cases — nearly 90 percent — federal courts ruled that the evidence, while potentially favorable to the defendant, wasn’t important enough to have made a difference, the report said.

EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW? It is not possible to attain justice if prosecutors essentially working above the law are allowed to ignore exculpatory evidence that could exonerate suspected individuals. This is an obstruction of justice. Prosecutors need to be held legally accountable (and/or aggressively federally prosecuted and/or incarcerated) for leaving out key pieces of evidence that could be seen as favorable to defendants. This is just part of the reason why at least some people consider government to be conspiratorial at times; because one bad prosecutor can bring about a world of injustice.

This civil statute was a provision within the Crime Control Act of 1994 and makes it unlawful for any governmental authority, or agent thereof, or any person acting on behalf of a governmental authority, to engage in a pattern or practice of conduct by law enforcement officers or by officials or employees of any governmental agency with responsibility for the administration of juvenile justice or the incarceration of juveniles that deprives persons of rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

Whenever the Attorney General has reasonable cause to believe that a violation has occurred, the Attorney General, for or in the name of the United States, may in a civil action obtain appropriate equitable and declaratory relief to eliminate the pattern or practice.

Types of misconduct covered include, among other things:

BAIT AND SWITCH: THE SANTA CLARA CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE

When John recently submitted his latest claim form to the City of Santa Clara; he apparently failed to fill the form out correctly. This caused the City Attorney's office to contact John and give him until January of 2015 to correct the mistakes then re-submit the form; also suggesting John contact an attorney to help him fill out the form. So John then called the Santa Clara City Attorney's office asking for help in filling out the form; only to be retaliated against for calling. 

John then spoke to one of the City Attorney's female assistants; who promptly hung up the phone on John. John then called back and spoke to yet another female assistant; only to be retaliated against by accused John of "harassing" her by asking for help!?! Instead of offering assistance; they attempted to unlawfully intimidate and/or coerce John; who then sent an email the very next day to President Obama: > sent Nov 26 (11 days ago) to President & Santa Clara City Attorney: 

"Mister Obama; I have been dealing with the City of Santa Clara for about ten years now regarding civil rights violations etc; but the city has been doing nothing but playing games with me and my life and rights. The CIty Attorney even sent me a letter telling me that I did not fill out the claim form correctly; therefore I need to get and attorney to help me fill it out. So I called the City Attorney's office asking for help; AND THE B#%CH HAD THE GALL OF SAYING I WAS HARASSING THEM! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT SHIT!? so...anyway...the federal government needs to finally crack down on this crooked city ASAP; because I am tired of playing baby games with these idiots...thanks..."

DERELICTION OF DUTY (continued)...

1) First it was Mister Struble who attacked John in the street outside of his house at around 6 am in the morning; causing John to call the Sunnyvale police -- who then responded with 3 officers. One officer arrived at the scene and gave John a really dirty look; slammed his car door and sped off. Mister Struble then corroborated John's story to responding officer Disher; who then called Mister Struble at his work (as Mister Struble had fled the scene). 

To make a long story short; John put a few pieces of paper on the Struble's doorstep explaining the justice he planned to bring to the situation (including a MUSIC FROM OUTER SPACE CD which was left out of the evidence > http://likroper.bandcamp.com/album/music-from-outer-space); and instead ended up with a temporary restraining order from the Struble's through Sunnyvale officer Beninger; who appeared with John's attacker in court for the bogus restraining order!?! Note: officer Beninger was fired from his job after this; and all Sunnyvale police officers were then required to file a report for every stop; no matter how small or seemingly insignificant.

2) Yet another incident was when Tom Foley was laying in wait behind trees at the Lake Terrace Apartments. Tom Foley followed John back to his house and attacked him in front of several neighbors; then proceeded to harass and stalk John at his residence for a number of weeks after the Santa Clara police let him go. Before letting Tom Foley go; these same crooked Santa Clara police officers told John that Tom Foley had a criminal record; and they refused to tell John what for. 

Officers pablo lopez and gabby seagrave then used this criminal's testimony against John as a "witness to duck feeding". 3) Another attack was when Mister Olenak was laying in wait for John to feed ducks outside his residence at around 6 in the morning. Mister Olenak then followed John back onto his property and attacked John; threatening John's elderly father in the process; and causing John to call the Sunnyvale police once again -- WHO DID NOTHING to help John regarding the vicious attack by Mister Olenak and instead wanted to talk about duck feeding of all things. (what a fucking JOKE!) 

Once again; Mister Olenak was used at this same bogus sham trial with Pablo Lopez and Gabby Seagrave as a "witness to duck feeding". And after this same sham administrative trial; John's 80+ year old father was then illegally detained -- and basically held hostage and threatened -- by Pablo Lopez and Gabby Seagrave; and the Olenak family as well.

4) Yet another instance of dereliction of duty happened when Doug Ward attacked John outside the Oasis Nightclub in Sunnyvale. John called the Sunnyvale police non-emergency hotline right after the attack by Doug Ward; and a female phone officer told John to call them back if John was not allowed to sing the next week. 

John requested officer Jim Carrell to respond when John was denied the ability to sing the next week (officer Carrell is the only Sunnyvale officer John halfway trusts) but he was not available at this time. Then after being stalked and harassed and menaced for a number of years; John finally confronted the idiots responsible for the harassment; and then went on a premeditated shooting rampage with his video camera (as John laid in bed for months suffering from the abuse with rashes all over his body from the disturbances; and increasingly infected teeth from the loss of sleep; John planned this righteous video shooting rampage many months in advance) >

MENTAL HEALTH MISTREATMENT

If more than 300,000 children between 4 and 11 in California supposedly need mental health care; what is causing this? When I was young there was not this kind of situation because we were all raised in a normal fashion with freedom etc at the center of our existences.

But now we have this sort of "New World Order" that incarcerates normally active children in their houses during the day under the guise of "protecting them"; often giving them psychoactive (etc) drugs to calm them down -- and therefore causing them to be sedentary and sit on their asses and on their computers and/or with play stations; getting increasingly obese; with no control over their lives whatsoever.

Then when it comes to adults; (other than lawmakers who send them to war) it is mainly military veterans who need mental health help right now due to horrific memories they cannot shake; memories the government mandated as they were sent off to military duty for corporations who wanted to occupy foreign lands and profit from the resource gathering that would inevitably ensue.

But the main problem here with this mental health situation is what is ACTUALLY considered to be mental illness. For instance; creative artists are now considered to be mentally ill. Yes; John Lennon would now not only be considered mentally ill by our government for his creative tendencies; but also for doing so many drugs -- but also naked hippies at the Woodstock concert -- they would not only be considered mentally ill in this day and age; but they would also also be sex offenders as well; even though we are all born NAKED under GOD.

But the problem is; our US government has been going down this bogus "reefer madness" road since the 1930s. It's nothing new. it's the same old rehashed bullshit; and they will never stop this insulting approach; therefore they need to be wholly IGNORED.

Then when you add in the stigma of seeking out mental health treatment (which goes on your permanent record) it's a lot like getting a felony conviction disallowing you to vote; it will be held against you for the rest of your life (see: "you are now the laughing stock of the neighborhood") used as a tool to delegitimize your every thought; and especially in court if you ever need to defend yourself. You are now CRAZY. (not)

And while Democrats may just want to help you out with this treatment (due to the fact that people more often than not harm those they are trying to help) Republicans (and even some Democrats) will inevitably use your supposed mental health information against you at a later time if needed; to further insult and delegitimize and/or destabilize you. it's a trap; so don't fall for it.

And if you look back in history at what was considered to be "mentally ill" in some places in the world (back in the 1800s for example) among MANY other things; if you had a bad marriage you were considered to be mentally ill -- and I'm sorry to say; nothing has changed all that much since then; as most of our society is still totally full of shit when it comes to this kind of insulting crap. And it's mainly arrogant people in power who have a tendency to project themselves on others. In other words; if you are not like them; then you are mentally ill. So fuck 'em all the way to hell.

For instance; government conspiracy theorists are now considered to be mentally ill even though we all now have solid leaked government evidence to support these conspiratorial claims (see: Assange and/or Snowden etc).

So; if anyone is crazy it is our government who seems to be not only legislating mental illness through loads of new fear-based paranoid legislation (NDAA etc) but who also thinks they can shove this kind of shit down our collective throats without recourse. I think not.

The bottom line: there is no singular "normal" human behavioral archetype; as there are countless "ways to be" (other than Drew Pinsky or Dr. Phil etc ). In other words; what is constantly being crammed down our throats by the corporate media is a buncha half-truthed BULLSHIT. It has more to do with elitists projecting themselves upon others than anything else.

I tend to think this latest trend has more to do with overpopulation; which sort of demands that we all dumb our collective individual selves down to the lowest common denominator to simplify things for those in power. Therefore; be free. Be a true individual. Just be. And fuck 'em if they don't like it. Those are the new rules I am laying down. Oh...and just remember not to hurt anyone or anything in the process; and it will be all good.

 31 SEP 2014 / JOHN'S SISTER KRIS THROWS NEWSPAPER RECYCLING CONTAINER INTO BUSHES 

Gender discrimination is common within societies all over the world; with instances of unfair treatment occurring for both men and women at different times. In this instance; John has once again clearly been discriminated against because of his male gender.

After being attacked several times with no arrests made and a literal mountain of available evidence to prove this (go to: THE REVOLVING DOOR OF STALKING AND HARASSMENT @ http://likroper.com/TRDOVSAH3.wmv) little or no actions were taken to correct the situation or apprehend any of the various suspects. But! if John were female; all of these same suspects would be arrested and charged.

For instance; when someone with a criminal record (Tom Foley) had attacked John and repeatedly stalked John (apparently on the behalf of the Lake Terrace Apartments); instead of prosecuting Tom Foley; not only was Tom Foley was used as a "witness to duck feeding" by members of the Santa Clara police department. (officers Lopez and Seagrave) But Mister Olenak then actually admitted to his attack on John WITHIN EARSHOT OF JUDGE LOUIS AMADEO JUNIOR at this same administrative hearing?!

But when John's sister Kris filed a complaint against John with little or no evidence other than hearsay to support her claims; John was then visited by the police and negatively scrutinized in a way that none of the people who actually attacked John were. 

After questioning John; the responding officers checked out John's one legal pot plant in the backyard; and saw John's bong in his room and left the premises -- as John clearly does not have a drug problem; he instead has a drug solution with medical marijuana.

1) Kris first alleged that John was "emotionally unstable"; a thought that lieutenant Simpson originally planted in Kris's easily impressionable mind with his blatant assassination of John's character done as C.Y.A. to avoid a lawsuit in the incident with Jake Paolinetti a few years back. Note: Adding to this; John had suggested that Jake Paolinetti was in fact mentally ill a few months before the June 2011 incident where Lieutenant Simpson wrongfully suggested that John was instead > go to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ZuOygtSY6A&list=UU13_WfEgp0MBd6w_RqN1oug

2) Kris also claimed that John "said something about Columbine"; which John does not recall ever doing; and even if John did so; talking about Columbine is clearly a Constitutionally protected activity. This was obviously done by Kris to purposefully assassinate John's character as well; and ruin his good reputation (go to: Character Assassination @ http://definitions.uslegal.com/c/character-assassination/).  

3) Furthermore; Kris also claimed that John has feral cats (John in fact has cats; as many other people do as well); that John had "spoken loudly" to his Father; and/or spit in his face; but did not say when this event occurred. But John's Father is hard of hearing from riveting afterburner barrels after World War II and refuses to get a hearing aid; therefore every conversation with John's Father is at an extremely high volume. And John does not remember spitting on his Father anytime in the recent past; as Kris made this up as well.

John actually called the Sunnyvale DPS non-emergency line about one month before the 30 SEP 2014 incident to report his sister Kris had been stealing property for many months at that point in time; asking what to do about it (Note: Kris's attack on John happened around this point in time when John called the Sunnyvale DPS).

It all started when Kris made a suspicious and aggressive movement first towards John's expensive Roland VS-1680 digital recording unit (as John was playing bass unplugged and making no noise whatsoever); and then again when Kris made a suspicious movement towards John's bass guitar; causing John to grab the instrument and back down the hallway while being pursued by his sister Kris all the way to his room; where Kris then pushed John into his bedroom; injuring John's knee and tearing down John's American flag in the process; then crumpling it up screaming "do you think this is going to help you?!". 

After this; Kris then threw more of John's possessions out on the back lawn in a violent fit of unexplainable rage. This incident was not only witnessed by John's Father -- but also John's neighbor who lives across the street -- and John's neighbor Jane as well who heard it from her backyard. There was an option available at this point for John to have a civil officer respond and oversee the argument over John's possessions being stolen by his sister Kris; but John declined because not only is John's Dad sick of police coming over all the time either not doing anything about John's situation and/or harassing John with abusive law enforcement action; but John is also fully aware of the blatant gender discrimination that exists between men and women.

In other words; if John had called the police; police would likely not have done anything about it anyway; as they have failed John so many times -- or worse yet they likely would have turned on him once again as they have done so many times in the past.

Kris even recently went as far as deleting potentially damning videos and photos from John's cell phone showing her obvious discrimination and overall abusive nature towards John. (see: obstruction of justice + evidence tampering etc).

And to top this off; the day after going to the Sunnyvale DPS on 30 SEP 2014; feeling emboldened Kris actually went into overdrive and continued stealing John's property (under the guise of cleaning -- see videos) in a fit of uncontrolled and unexplainable rage. Kris then attacked John in the hallway once again (see videos below).

THE TRUTH IS; John's sister Kris has been continually harassing and stalking John for nearly 30 years now; about once per year every time Kris has returned home during the summer to visit. Kris starts the same obsessive talk about John moving out of the house on every visit; which always ends in an argument. (question: why are hysterical women comforted; while hysterical men are often considered to be mentally unstable?).

And even when John had $300,000+ dollars from his brother Carl; John still lived at home with his Father; as not only did John want to be close to his Father during this difficult time; but housing prices in this region are much too expensive and/or prohibitive for John to consider moving out without leaving the area altogether. 

Between Kris's obsession with John moving out of the house he has lived in for almost his entire life; and Kris's equally strange obsession with cleaning that same house which she moved out of 30+ years ago; John has suspected for a long time that Kris was what is classically known as "bipolar" -- otherwise known as a "crazy bitch from hell" (see attached videos > easily angered; veins popping out of forehead; highly unacceptable and vile 'C-word from hell' language etc -- and now aggression and violence that never existed before Kris's newly failed marriage [making John wonder if Kris's children ever experienced such abuse]).

Note: John believes the whole "bipolar" ideology is essentially bogus; as people need to be allowed the full range of human emotion to be healthy human beings.

John is mainly concerned the person who his Father placed in control of the family will (Kris) has psychotic tendencies and/or no empathy for John whatsoever; therefore Kris must be removed from this important responsibility ASAP. (Kris was once a phlebotomist).

For instance; Kris recently disposed of brother Carl's photos from his various hiking adventures throughout the American wilderness. Boxes of slides were allegedly thrown in the trash even though Carl's old friends would love to have them.

Kris's actions essentially amount to bullying; as women can be bullies as much as men; but without any real recourse most of the time due to gender based discrimination. It took John many years for him to finally see his sister Kris for what she really is; A BULLY. 

After finding out John's sister Kris got divorced from her long time husband and "threw him out of the house" (a man which she apparently married for money she took from him after the recent sale of their home in the State of Washington) John then realized he had as much disgust for Kris as she apparently had for her now ex-husband; leading John to recently inform Kris that after Johns' Father passed away; John wants nothing to do with his sister ever again due to her abusive treatment and disregard for his well-being and general happiness in life. John has dealt with enough bullshit for one lifetime in the last few years; therefore John is not going to put up with any more of this kind of demeaning and insulting behavior...

Also; while the main 'equality' conversation in society tends to focus on financial equality (as money is the main thing that people seem to care about most; and not necessarily by choice) the fact remains that true equality is far from being a reality here in America; as in some ways men are generally treated far worse than women in American society. (For instance; women's prison are cushy compared to men's prisons etc) And the way to stop domestic violence in society is by stopping the fights that go on between men; and then inevitably spill over onto women. But once again; our society apparently needs to fill prison cells and military boots more than it needs civility and/or civilized behavior; therefore men are given a different standard to live by than women. 

THE BOTTOM LINE: REGARDLESS OF BIOLOGICAL DIFFERENCES; MEN AND WOMEN NEED TO BE TREATED EXACTLY THE SAME IF TRUE EQUALITY IS EVER TO BE ACCOMPLISHED.

Note: The dog on the left fell ill after this incident and was put to sleep ever since dangerous pesticides were applied to the Peterson field. The dog suddenly had a tumor appear in his nose; the same snout he used to sniff around on the field were the poison was applied (Peterson Middle School Principal Katherine Harris is largely responsible for this act of animal cruelty).
