The hat seen in the photo above was found outside Johns' residence in the street on Thunderbird Avenue after one particular night time disturbance; but John did not bring it to the attention of the Sunnyvale D.P.S. because they likely would not have done anything about it anyway. Note: Jake Paolinetti is a baseball player; and paint can also be seen on the hat in question.
After thoroughly reviewing this case; I have come to the firm conclusion that the cities of Sunnyvale and/or Santa Clara are clearly not competent to stand trial for their various misdeeds; therefore a financial settlement is the best plan of action at this point in time...
