EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER LAW?

When the United States of America was created during the late 1770s; only Homesteaders were allowed to vote (in other words; only those who owned property voted). Women and/or slaves were initially not allowed to vote; but most people think this is an old trend not being practiced today.

A good example of this continuing financial bias lies within how Johns' neighbor Jane was treated during her one well-documented encounter with the Sunnyvale police. > go to: http://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2013/05/johns-neighbor-jane.html -- Note: Jane is a home owner -- this preferential treatment also includes: 1) the Rebholtz family; 2) the Olenak family and; 3) the Struble family as well -- including Johns' various encounters with the Sunnyvale and/or Santa Clara police departments over a multi-year span where the Sunnyvale and/or Santa Clara police departments essentially took no action to protect and serve John as public servants like the police are mandated to do in their police oath. > go to: http://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2013/06/incident-on-15-june-2013-ev13-166-206_17.html and/or see above photos + see also: EV07400044 + CR #12-573 (officer Winkleman) -- Note: John is not a homeowner; and has at least ten other event number cards from the Sunnyvale police department where similar dereliction of duty occurred; not yet documented on this site).

Throughout history; financial discrimination has been one of the most prevalent forms of discrimination plaguing society; and it remains so to this day perhaps more than ever. This is unacceptable and changes must be made to correct this unbalanced situation if humanity is to evolve in a direction that points towards a necessary concern for the common good.

Here is another similar example of this bias > see: High Court Rules 'Equal Protection' Doesn't Extend To Municipal Taxpayers > GO TO: Taxpayers not equal in suits against government, court rules --
