Tuesday 28 April 2015: Johns' sister Kris went on a rampage. Kris had sprayed Raid pesticide all over the front porch where Johns' cats sit; so trying to maintain an organic household; John got the hose and washed down the pesticides. Kris apparently did not like; this and walked straight towards John and/or into the water being sprayed; wetting her feet in the process. This so angered Kris that she then went on yet another angry rampage; disconnecting Johns' surveillance system; vandalizing one of the cameras; and redirecting another camera (see photos A, B and C above and below) and breaking the surveillance system. Kris then fled the scene to her friend Sandys' house in Los Gatos.

Johns' surveillance system has proved itself to be invaluable in the last few years; not only showing who was stalking and harassing John; but also providing neighbors with footage after robberies that occurred at their houses (3 burglaries and/or break-ins in the past two years > GO TO: INCIDENT ON 2 JANUARY 2015 -- NEIGHBOR JANE @ http://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2015/02/incident-on-2-january-2015-neighbor-jane.html).

Johns' sister Kris has been stealing Johns' property for a few years now. Among many other items lost; the first thing John noticed being gone was his Lava Lamp used at Christmas time. (see photo X below) Kris also stole and apparently disposed of a bucket of assorted extra parts (bolts and screws etc) that John had saved for 30 years. Whenever John needed a part to fix his drum set; he had it. Now that priceless bucket of extra parts is gone.

Kris has recently shown aggression towards Johns' cats; spraying Missy with Raid pesticide yesterday; ramming the vacuum cleaner towards Missy; and recently talking about killing cats (John overheard a conversation between Kris and Johns' father where Johns' father was questioning Kris about comments she allegedly recently made about killing Johns' cats).

Kris also takes pride in harassing the neighborhood ducks during mating season; stressing them out and placing them in danger in the process by causing them to flee out into the street; and/or causing them to fly off into the night and putting them at risk.

Kris has also shown violent tendencies towards humans as well; once backing up John down the hallway and shoving him into his room -- re-injuring Johns' right knee in the process; and tearing down and desecrating an American flag that hangs in front of Johns' bedroom door. During this incident; Kris initially made suspicious movements towards John Roland VS-1680 digital recording machine; causing John to lead her elsewhere; away from the expensive recording unit and down the hallway. Kris also despises Johns' recycling efforts; disposing of plastic John saves for recycling. Kris used to live in Seattle, Washington where recycling law is different and perhaps more strict than California law; causing her to dislike recycling.

VANDALISM -- CA PENAL CODE / SECTION 594-625c 594. (a) Every person who maliciously commits any of the following acts with respect to any real or personal property not his or her own, in cases other than those specified by state law, is guilty of vandalism: (1) Defaces with graffiti or other inscribed material. (2) Damages. (3) Destroys. PENAL CODE SECTION 484-502.9 -- 84. (a) Every person who shall feloniously steal, take, carry, lead, or drive away the personal property of another, or who shall fraudulently appropriate property which has been entrusted to him or her, or who shall knowingly and designedly, by any false or fraudulent representation or pretense, defraud any other person of money, labor or real or personal property, or who causes or procures others to report falsely of his or her wealth or mercantile character and by thus imposing upon any person, obtains credit and thereby fraudulently gets or obtains possession of money, or property or obtains the labor or service of another, is guilty of theft. In determining the value of the property obtained, for the purposes of this section, the reasonable and fair market value shall be the test, and in determining the value of services received the contract price shall be the test. If there be no contract price, the reasonable and going wage for the service rendered shall govern. For the purposes of this section, any false or fraudulent representation or pretense made shall be treated as continuing, so as to cover any money, property or service received as a result thereof, and the complaint, information or indictment may charge that the crime was committed on any date during the particular period in question. NOTE: Since the beginning of time -- and in many areas of the the world -- men and women both have abused their powers and they have for a long time. But since men tend to get the most attention for this abuse; this has led to a greater protection of women here in the west and abroad. And this Addendum Blog post should make it quite evident and/or evidentiary that women can have tendencies to abuse their powers in the exact same way other men and women have for a long time; as power has a tendency to ultimately corrupt almost all who posses it; including judges or magistrates etc who may be reading this content.
