THANKS FOR NOTHING


1) THE SUNNYVALE FIRE DEPARTMENT? @ http://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2015/04/the-sunnyvale-fire-department.htm. > This suggests the targeted stalking and/or harassment of John began in earnest sometime after John attended a Sunnyvale City Council meeting in February of 2005. Johns' successful activism and/or use of his First Amendment rights apparently bothered some people in local government; causing a noticeable reaction. Note: In 2004 and 2005; John distributed roughly 10,000 flyers around his neighborhood; successfully stopping a planned development in the Peterson Middle School field.

1A) April 2006: The Sunnyvale Police Department had numerous chances to apprehend Johns' various stalkers and attackers; but every time Sunnyvale D.P.S. failed to take the suspects into custody even though this kind of conspiratorial stalking is clearly a felony in the State of California (see also: civil harassment). An individual named Tom Foley was laying in wait for John while John was feeding ducks at the Lake Terrace Apartments. > Go to: http://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2014/06/tom-foley-laying-in-wait-conspiracy-etc.html > A few months earlier; John had encountered Tom Foley in the bathroom of the old Acapulco Restaurant; and John recently realized that this angry bathroom encounter with Tom Foley was likely inspired by the photo seen below; showing John in the Acapulco restaurant bathroom taking a "selfie" way before "selfies" were popular.
 

2) May 2007: An incident occurred where John (and his elderly father) were woken up at around 1:56 A.M. in the morning by the individuals seen is this link. > Go to: http://likroper.com/IMG_0528.gif 
The individuals in question rang Johns' doorbell; then verbally harassed John and his elderly Father before attacking John outside Johns' house right before Sunnyvale D.P.S. Officers arrived. The suspects in question attempted to flee the scene; but were stopped at the intersection of Dunford Way and Teal Drive by Sunnyvale D.P.S. 

One of the Officers was a 'Minority'; while the other was Caucasian (while Caucasians are now a Minority in California). The 'Minority" Officer had obvious malicious intent; as the 'Minority' Officer not only displayed obvious angry facial micro-expressions towards John; but the Caucasian Officer also gave John a scared look like he had no idea why the 'Minority' Officer was acting the way he was. Both suspects were then let go; free to continue harassing John for many months afterwards.

Note: The individual with short hair seen in the above photo (http://likroper.com/IMG_0528.gif) eventually apologized to John for what he did; and his family later moved out of their house.

3) August 2007: Once again; Sunnyvale D.P.S. responded and did nothing -- and a crooked, drunk Santa Clara cop protected the suspects; then threatened John for attempting to record the encounter. Once again; Sunnyvale D.P.S. responded and did nothing and practically blamed John for the damage to his window. And a crooked, drunk Santa Clara cop protected the suspects; then threatened John for attempting to record the encounter.


3A) August 2007 to April 2011: The stalking; harassment and menacing of John continued unabated; and John had given up asking Sunnyvale D.P.S. for help. John ended up losing two teeth from an infection exacerbated by many nights of sleep deprivation; and John found out later that he could have died from the infection if it had burst into his cranium and/or brain. Also; Johns' stress-related eczema became very severe; costing John thousands of dollars of his own money for medical products to deal with the constant outbreaks. Note: Since John filed complaint files in January of 2015; Johns' eczema has gone into an almost complete remission.

4) April 2011: Jake Paolinetti first drove by Johns' house during the day to harass; stalk and menace John while riding by in a large truck owned by one of Jakes' friend. (see: Conspiracy). Jake returned later that night and started banging on the side of Johns' house. 

For some odd reason; John then called Sunnyvale D.P.S. thinking they might actually help him out this time; and an Officer responded. The Officer then confronted Jake and his brother about his actions (Jake and his brother were hiding across the street at the Hensons' house). Jake then made several excuses, and was for some reason let go (Note: the Officer was evasive when being asked to review video from Johns' camera). 

The Officer in question then had to leave for another call; and John promised to send this video evidence to another Sunnyvale Officer (Officer Jim Carrell) who had been willing to help out in Johns' situation; but since the file was too big to email; John put it on you tube and sent Officer Carrel the link instead.John asked the responding Officer to go to Officer Paolinetti's house to tell him of the incident (to document the event) but he failed to do so.

NOTE: This email thread proves the Department of Justice and/or D.O.J. had prior knowledge or these events; as well as Sunnyvale officer Jim Carrell. No action was taken to correct the problem.

MALICIOUS PROSECUTION – Lieutenant Simpson suggesting John is mentally unstable is an abuse of power; and has clearly caused harm to John’s reputation -- And even if John was mentally unstable [which John clearly is not] as Lieutenant Simpson suggested; discriminating against those with disabilities -- even if those disabilities are clearly imagined -- is against the law. 

5) June 2011:  After many years of trying to get Sunnyvale D.P.S. to do their jobs; John tried again in June of 2011. After seeing friends of the Rebholtz brothers suspiciously hanging around outside Johns' window; John did what he had planned to do for many months. John went outside with a video camera to record and witness the situation so if anything happened later that night (as it had many times in the past; originating from the Rebholtz residence); John would present the evidence to Sunnyvale D.P.S. 

John ended up being backed up about 30 feet by Jake Paolinetti (intimidation and/or coercion = civil rights violation); then surrounded by a group of Jakes' friends. John then pushed back Jake Paolinetti with his right elbow; fell to the ground to protect his camera from damage; and ended up getting a large gash on his forearm. Jake said he needed 'medical attention' when he did not. John was the only one who needed medical attention but refused it. Note: The next day Jake left comments on Johns' You Tube site claiming Jake never needed any medical attention.

6) January 2012: Officer Winkleman responded to an incident (CR #12-573) where Johns' vehicle windshield was once again vandalized. Officer Winkleman told John he needed to see faces clearly on surveillance otherwise he could do nothing to help. Officer Winkleman then told John to retain a lawyer and left.
