GOD'S EMPTY CHAIR

 "On the coldest night of winter; I stand naked in the pouring rain just South of Heaven outside of Gods' house; Scratching and clawing at the window and straining my eyes for any sign of life inside; In the middle of the room I see a chair that is empty; Gods' Empty Chair; So I am truly alone and I will certainly wither and die and stiffen into a corpse by morning; But instead I do not; instead I will carry on with a vengeance; My defiance my last dignity; As I turn to leave I see a shadow cast on the wall in front of me; And of course it's God behind me; So I turn to greet God and no one is there; The shadow is my own; So I let myself in the front door and sit down..." 

GODS' EMPTY CHAIR can be seen as a metaphor referring to government and/or police and/or judges and/or crooked prosecutors who repeatedly insist that John does not have a case -- doing absolutely NOTHING about various legal violations experienced by John over nearly a decade. It can also be seen as a reference to George Hills Company; who repeatedly rejected claims made by John and in the process acted to cover up various violations in the process; causing the violations to continue unabated. It can also be seen as John trying to represent himself and/or his Amended Complaint in a Superior Court that would probably rather just take advantage of John by ignoring the complaint and have it all just go away; as most courts seem to actually care more about saving money and/or government face than paying out settlements for the egregious violation of individual rights. It can be seen as representing the various lawyers who turned down Johns' mile deep open and shut case over the years. Or police officers who responded to Johns' calls; then left the scene without doing thorough investigations -- or police who simply do not show up at all when called. It can be seen a reference to Officer Don Paolinetti; who moved out of his house to run away from the years of harassment and/or stalking and/or menacing he sponsored. And it's also about karaoke hosts who hang out in the parking lot and/or spin records all night instead of letting people sing. 

And finally; in this instance this is not only about John being ejected from Blinkys' Can't Say Lounge leaving an empty chair to be filled by some godawful out of tune karaoke singer -- but also mainly about James Patrick Finley...

QUESTIONS: Why is it when a police officer is physically attacked; it is more often than not a felony violation -- but when John got attacked several times with video evidence included; no action was taken? Since when are police protected more than people they were sworn to protect and serve; and/or who are the idiots who put the cart before the horse?!

 

"The only real organized religion I adhere to is the United States Constitution. After many years of studying it; I have now officially accepted this as my main religion. But the problem is; the United States government increasingly waters down this constitution and carries on like there is nothing wrong. LIST OF CASUALTIES

While Defendants sat by idly taking no action as several claims were submitted by John over a span of nearly a decade; numerous highly avoidable casualties have occurred (not necessarily listed in order of importance) adding the distinct possibility of gross negligence on the part of Defendants:

1) Johns' beloved cat Precious (a) was either killed by Jake Paolinetti on December 3rd, 2011 (go to: http://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2015/04/jake-paolinetti-conspiracy-and-hate.html); and/or (b) was hit by a car on Dunford Way shortly after a Sunnyvale traffic engineer promised to make necessary traffic calming changes to the street which never occurred. 2) Neighbors who live directly across the street from John moved into a rental house about 3 years ago with 2 cats; brother and sister (Steve Henson had previously rented this house). The threat of excessive speeding and/or general dangerous conditions on Dunford Way were mentioned in a past Addendum Blog post; with no action taken by the City of Santa Clara to address the situation. 

Roughly one year ago the female cat got run over on Dunford Way; causing the brother cat to "lose it" as the owner said; and disappear. The cat has been gone for about a year now and the owners of these cats are devastated by the loss.

QUESTION: Since so much local media focus was placed upon a cat killer in San Jose recently; how is this any different and/or less important and/or how is the City of Santa Clara and/or the City of Sunnyvale not grossly negligent in this instance?

2A) WITNESS Z -- Another witness who recently came forward with new information about the harassment John experienced is a person who lives down the street from John. At least two cats that belonged to this witness were returned dead and "crushed"; not run over but instead "crushed" as the witness said; just as Precious was apparently crushed to death. 3) James Patrick Finley (and/or "Jimmy") used to be in a rock band with John many years ago. A few years back when Jimmy was riding his bicycle in Palo Alto; Jimmy was allegedly pulled over for not having a tail light on his bike. Jimmy ended up incarcerated by the Palo Alto Police even though Jimmy was clearly ill at the time. Jimmys' kidneys were slowly losing function at this point in time; and Jimmy died shortly after this highly questionable incarceration -- when Jimmy should have been receiving medical care to ease his suffering.

4) "Mister Doug" was a military veteran and a regular karaoke singer featured at the Oasis Nightclub In Sunnyvale; and also a security guard in the Silicon Valley (Mister Doug knew now-retired Sunnyvale D.P.S. Officer Jim Carrell from his security guard job). When John was given illegal orders to leave the Oasis Nightclub (after 10+ years without incident) by Sunnyvale D.P.S. Defendants Officers Ochoa and Smith; John made reference to some people who were perhaps drinking a bit too much at the Nightclub; hoping these Officers would intervene and help out somehow. 

Mister Doug was riding his motorcycle home from the Oasis Nightclub "shitfaced' every night just a few blocks to his home when he could have walked; and even though Mister Doug later died when his heart pacemaker failed -- something should have been done to make sure Mister Doug was getting home safely without drinking and riding his motorcycle and/or without receiving a D.U.I.

5) Johns' older brother Carl Joseph Clefstad was killed by Danny Matos of Santa Clara, California on Christmas eve of 1999. And while this incident did not happen since John began filing claims against the cities Sunnyvale and/or Santa Clara; Danny Matos drove extremely dangerously down U.S. Highway 101 for roughly 150 miles past several vehicles who eventually provided witness in court for conviction. 7) Papa Cat passed away on December 10th, 2014 after suffering from a cancerous tumor near his kidneys. Papa Cat suffered needlessly while the cities of Sunnyvale and/or Santa Clara desperately pretended that John had no case against them; providing John with no compensatory assistance and/or financial relief for their various questionable illegalities (Obstruction of Justice and/or Gross Negligence etc) as Papa Cat suffered and died. 18 MAY 2010: After several years of unabated night time disturbances outside Johns' residence; John finally determined who the culprits were and decided to capture them on video during the day to expose them and perhaps put an end to the nonsense. After seeing a that a safety cone was once again stolen in the street outside; John jumped on his bicycle and rode around the block to take photos and/or videos to begin proving who was responsible for this extended campaign of illegal and/or conspiratorial behavior. 

On the way back while riding his bicycle on Bluebird Avenue; long time neighbor Mike Farmanian went out in the street with his dog; attempting to sick the dog on John -- and then attacked John as he rode his bicycle by Mister Farmanian. John then called Sunnyvale D.P.S. about the attack and two Officers responded but did nothing about the misdemeanor assault even though John had video footage of the incident; mainly because John was not noticeably injured by the attack. 

(Mister Farmanian is the first person who sort of accidentally tipped off John about Officer Don Paolinetti living on Bluebird Avenue a few years earlier; leading to John finally positively determining that Officer Paolinettis' sons [etc] were involved in the nighttime disturbances)  > GO TO: DISTURBING THE PEACE, CONTINUED @ http://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2015/08/disturbing-peace-continued.html.

A few weeks after this incident; Johns' house was stormed by a SWAT team after John had finished his regular routine of cleaning up the neighborhood with a litter claw that was mistakened as a gun by a young student walking to school. But! Officer Paolinettis' good friend Steve Henson happened to be at the Peterson field that morning also; saying hello to John right before John walked by the young student who claimed John had a gun. (Steve Henson was never seen again at the Peterson field after this questionable incident; leading John to believe that Steve Henson may have had something to do with the SWAT team incident).

Adding to this; Steve Henson (and his son Stephen who is a very nice person) is still friends on Facebook with Jake Paolinetti while refusing to be friends with John even though John not only lived across the street from Steve for a few years; but John also accidentally saved Steve Hensons' little brother John Henson from a life in prison many years back by putting out the Only Good News street flyer (go to: http://likroper.com/page12.html); causing John Henson to quit a gang he was part of at the time back in the early 1990s. 

Whether or not Steve Henson had anything to do with the SWAT team incident; Sunnyvale D.P.S. not only had plenty of prior knowledge about Johns' litter cleanup routine; but they also refused to stop the harassment; stalking and menacing John had experienced for so long -- which continued for a few years unabated after the SWAT team litter cleanup raid.

SLEEP DEPRIVATION = TORTURE: An incident which occurred 11 July 2010 @ 2:20 AM was video recorded by John. The short clip seen in the link below was created after John went outside in the middle of the night with his camera to capture the incident. John just happened to be awake right before the incident occurred; and heard a distant sound of honking and yelling; warning John that yet another night time disturbance was about to occur once again. NO SPEED HUMPS IN ANTIOCH

"While the parents of hit-and-run victim Timothy Hudson were burying their son at a local cemetery Monday, a crew of city workers and police converged onto the site of Hudson's death to remove illegal speed bumps the family says was placed to prevent another tragedy..."

The above story is a 'good' example of the kind of heartless and/or negligent behavior practiced within irresponsible local governments on a regular basis. This is the exact same kind of bullshit runaround John experienced (and/or is still experiencing) with the City of Santa Clara regarding speed humps that were never installed on Dunford Way. Increased traffic calming measures were promised to Johns' neighborhood by the City of Santa Clara at a meeting during the late 1990s -- but the City of Santa Clara never came through with their promises. 

THE BOTTOM LINE: Government has grown increasingly obsolete and/or unable to fully accommodate the basic needs of  their increasingly large constituency base; more often than not serving themselves and/or their monied interests first before others. Therefore; drastic changes must be implemented to help them overcome their acute cranial/posterior syndrome.

I say that company WARNS customers to demand to see company issued ID--if the guy has it, it should not be a problem. The cop and the "unidentified creep" had just about decided that we were "hysterical" and "inferior, and the men were taking care of it". About that time, LEGITIMATE repair guy show up and says "yes indeed these lines were cut" and the other guy mysteriously vanished--funny how seems to happen around here--dude was right there--caught red handed--wandered off--WTF exactly WAS he doing in our yard? ADDENDUM #16B) Jon Kinyon wrote on July 7: "It's been 6 days since my mom was brutally attacked just outside the front doors of the San Pablo Casino. The casino and the San Pablo Police have not talked with the media and still have not released video of the assailant. The only reason this news story was done was because I contacted KTVU myself." (Note: San Pablo police allegedly initially blamed Jon's mom for this sexual attack)

Jon Kinyon wrote on July 8: "INSULT TO INJURY: On top of everything we're going through, Stanford Medical Center treated us like we were trying to pull some kind of scam to get our mom free elderly care. Every step of the way they questioned everything we said, then gave us a lecture about how the "family needs to step up", take our mother home and provide care ourselves. They assumed that she had fallen and fractured her knee because she's old and that we were trying to game the system or something. They kept implying that she was faking her pain and wouldn't give here more pain medicine. When I told them she was a victim of a violent assault 3 days prior, the doctor asked incredulously, "And you made a police report, right? Right???" It went even further downhill from there with Stanford refusing to admit her "officially" and putting her in an observation room.
